I've never had this experience with any guest before. And this viewer is lying. All information and proof was shared to Airbnb representative as they're currently working to fix concern! The guest stayed for a month, 3 days before his checkout, the wifi went out due to technical issues. Guest claims half way in which was a lie based on proof and thread of conversation. I responded to his message immediately and informed him of the issues. The building wifi has nothing to do with personal house wifi, as its and provider services than what I used. The guest attempted to fix issue even after informing him of set issues &a messed up the router and resting the internet connection. A message from the guest 24 hours later, stated that the wifi was working! This guess was trouble despite constant accommodation made to him. He was extremely dirty, trouble with the leasing office, inconsiderate to another guest checked in as he left the apt 2 hours after my checkout time and this was informed to him. He met me in the apt and said that he will be out in 30. To avoid issues, I waited and then had to rushed to prepare for the next guest. I hope this doesn't turned anyone else away as this has NOT shown to be a "correct" accurate of my experience and record with any other guest!
