Beautiful house in a fantastic location, only 5 minutes walking distance from Gunwharf Quays and Old Portsmouth and only a 10 minutes walk to the 'Hot Walls’ beach and The Historic Dockyard.
Private south facing garden, perfect for a summer barbecue
The location makes this house unique, in the heart of Old Portsmouth. The house comfortably accommodates a max number of 4 adults or a family with 2 or 3 children over 5 years old. There are 3 bedrooms in the house: one with a king size bed and 2 single bedrooms, both with single beds. Family bathroom is on the first floor, whilst a spare toilet is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room has a sofa bed and two armchairs, Ipod, flat screen TV with freeview channels. All bills, including WiFi, included.

The house is less than 5 min walk to Gunwharf Quays, Old Portsmouth and Historic Dockyard. The nearest beach is also a 10min walk away. Although situated so close to Gunwharf Quays, the house is really quiet and the south facing garden is wonderful for a summer bbq, with views of Spinnaker tower and the Isle of White ferry.
Portsmouth Harbour Station, busses, National Express stop and the Isle of White Ferry terminal, only 10min walk from the house. In the price of the accommodation, two parking permits are included, for the duration of your stay.

Minimum stay is 3 nights, however, during the summer months (June to September), the min stay is one week.
Shorter stays are accepted last minute or if there are gaps between reservations.
