Daniela, as you can see from the other reviews, you are the only one who says that this could be a scam. We have really positive evaluations from all the other guests except for you.
Since you arrived to the apartment, you tried to put negative things (LIES!) on it, trying to have a refund for the 12 nights you have booked! The problem was NOT electrical and we have never told you that. The problem was that YOU turned off the water in the bathroom. We have been there ASAP trying to help you, and then you were not reachable by phone, so we returned there when you told us to. We told you that you SHOULDN'T turn off the water, otherwise of course the water wouldn't come out in the shower. Once again, you turned that off and told us that this wasn't working - which was!
So, I don't know if you just don't know how to use a shower that all the other guests can without any difficulties, or if this was a try to a scam (as you described our apartment!), but you need to try it once again, because airbnb gave us the reason. You didn't want to understand any of our explainations and insulted us, you tried to blackmail us with a negative comment if we didn't give you the refund - and that's why this is appearing right now - you were not right.
