We had a great time in Slava's apartment. It is very well situated with a terrific seaview and right next to the beach. The complex itself is clean and well maintained. The beach restaurant offers good food and is perfect both for lunch and dinner. We had a car and spent our evenings in Sozopol. Although we had a last-minute reservation everything with the check-in was ok. The host was responsive all the time though her english is not the best :) The main issues with the property were the problem with the wifi(there was no internet so we used our mobile net) and the lack of cleaning during the stay. We have informed the host and I guess she will take care of these in the future. Overall for us it was a perfect place to relax near Sozopol!

2 star accommodation in a 4 star resort. We had stayed at this resort before, which is why we returned. During our last stay, we rented directly from the resort. This time, we rented from an owner and I think this explains the difference in our experience. The host claims to speak English on her profile, but many of her responses to me were in Russian. I attempted to translate some of these, but even in translation some of what I received didn't translate well. (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) translate doesn't always work well. My girlfriend reads Russian and was able to translate. Our experience with this rental was not great and there were several issues during our stay. Our arrival was not well handled. We had announced our arrival time in advance to our host and arrived when we stated we would. The apartment was not ready and had to be cleaned. This took 2 1/2 hours. I feel like this occurred because we rented directly from an owner and there seemed to be a lack of communication between the host and the complex. The apartment itself was OK. The location within the resort is good. The A/C works well. There is a flat screen TV, but don't expect many channels; the owner has not paid for a premium subscription and channels are limited to basic channels. The bathroom and bedroom doors in the apartment did not close. They are misaligned with the doorframe. The amenities were poorly provided. There were basic things missing, such as cutlery knives and dish soap to wash dishes. Also, we were not able to use the internet because the password was not provided. We contacted the host for the password and she stated that it was on the back of the router. Alas, it was not. Luckily the resort was able to provide us with one of their passwords and we had access throughout our stay. Also, be aware that there is no daily cleaning service with this apartment. Again, I think that this is because we rented directly from an owner rather than from the resort, because we received daily cleaning services in the past. The bed mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The sheets provided for the bed were not large enough to properly cover the mattress. There was a floor lamp provided in the bedroom but it did not work. I tried repeatedly to get it to work to no avail. Other items in the apartment were minimally functional but suggested that there was little thought or effort put into making the apartment amenable to guests. The shower had a single, thin curtain that didn't reach the floor. I looked for but couldn't find a spatula for cooking. It was little things like this that lowered the quality of our stay. Overall, this could be a 4-5 star property, but the owner needs to address several basic issues. If she will do this then I feel like this would be a great apartment.

Unfortunately it so happened I was notified about the overlays when booking that You were not in my apartment, and the apartment provided by the complex. Service on site is entirely the Manager of the complex and the quality of service does not depend on the host and from the property. I can offer You as compensation for the inconvenience discount next year on pre-agreed dates, to enable You to fully appreciate the quality of my apartment.
