I am sorry that there was any lateness from the cleaning team, following some delays they had on that they they sadly could not get at my place in time. I understand perfectly how important it is to arrive in a clean place. I will be more careful and talk with the person in charge so it won’t happen again. As for the damage, please accept my sincerest apologies, it was indeed a mistake and it is now fixed.
I would have like to get more details about the apparently defective door as you did not mention it during your stay to see if it may be fixed.
