Located in a quiet street opposite a children’s playground and only a short walk to Cape Woolamai shops, this is a fantastic family friendly holiday home that is suitable for 2-3 families or small groups.
With easy open plan living, the main living area is lovely and sunny and has timber polished boards, split system heating and cooling, a HUGE modular lounge, a BIG 60” flat screen TV and a DVD player. Some DVD's are also provided.
There is a central dining table with seating for 8 plus an extendable table, so there will be seating for everyone at the dining table. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with ample crockery and cutlery for up to 16 guests. There is an electric oven and hot plates, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

Everything has been considered. There is a huge double door fridge/freezer and plenty of platters and salad bowls for alfresco dining on the deck. The deck is accessed by sliding doors off the lounge. The backyard is fully fenced and private. There is an outdoor setting and a gas BBQ that is perfect for Summer BBQ's. There is also a small grassy area for the kids to play and an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand after the beach.
There are 4 Queen bedrooms all with ceiling fans and.2 bedrooms that each have 1 double bunk and a single bed . Both bunk rooms have a wall mounted flat screen TV for the kids. There are 2 bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath and a shower. The laundry is well equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. This house has everything you will need for a family summer holiday, weekend away or track events.

There is ample off street parking and plenty of room for a boat.

The garage has been converted into a games room with a wood heater, sofas, TV and a pool table that doubles as a table tennis/air hockey table. The house is opposite a fully enclosed children’s playground and a large open playing area.
This really is a fantastic affordable family getaway.

House Rules Maximum of people in the house is 16 persons
1. Please relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday.
2. Please call Donna on (phone number hidden) if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
3. Please This property is‘non-smoking' properties. If there has been smoking in a “non-smoking room" you may incur a cleaning surcharge being added to your account.
4. Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
5. If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
6. Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
7. Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property, including its car park and grounds.
Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
8. Please let us know if there are any breakages or items you notice that need repair. Even if it's a glass we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
9. Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please call Donna on (phone number hidden). Please ensure that all garbage is taken out and if you are there on bin collection day please put the bins out as we would greatly appreciate it.
11. Please wash and put away any dishes etc in the kitchen.

13. Please ensure the keys that you used during your stay are left inside in the appropriate place.
14. Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
15. Please ensure that the keys from the key safe are returned after locking the door on your departure.
16. Any breach of our Terms and Conditions permits us to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the owners, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply.
It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. Please provide ages upon booking request.
You will be required to sign a guest agreement. Terms & Conditions and provide our Mark & Donna with a copy of your Drivers License & Passport prior to your arrival.
All bookings are subject to owner confirmation.

We loved the house and it was ideal for a group with a few babies being on one level and having one big living area. The kids loved playing inside and out in the yard and in the playground across the road. The house was a great size but didn't feel too big at all. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. I found Donna really easy to communicate with and very quick to respond to any queries I had do would recommend this place to a friend and intend to stay there again in future.

This place was fantastic. We stayed as a group of 4 families and there was plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cooking equipment, etc The playground and basketball hoop across the road was a huge hit as was the basketball on the Foxtel :-) The property was clean and in really good condition. Donna was quick to respond to all my questions. Overall we had a great stay.

Place was just what we were after. Spacious and could bed a lot of people. A park across the road with a basketball court too, place was really clean and the showers hot water was excellent.

This is a lovely home and exactly as advertised. If anything, it was bigger than we anticipated (in regard to the lounge room and outdoor decking). Donna was extremely helpful prior to our stay to ensure we would have everything we required. The arrival information was clear, easy and accurate. The park across the road is fantastic for kids and the flat roads meant our kids loved riding their bikes around the neighbourhood.

It was the second time already that we spend the MotoGP race week in the house of Mark & Donna. Again we were feeling very comfortable and cozy. Like at home. It's the perfect place to relax after a hard and cold working day at the race track. We missed nothing in the house. You can cook, play, watch TV... The beach is walking distance. This time it was just a bit too cold to go there. Also the Stone grill restaurant is very close by. I hope we can come back again in one year :-)

My family (7 adults and 2 preschool age and 1 baby) stayed at the Cape Woolamai property over Jan 2016 period. To say it was a fantastic house, is such an understatement. The house was clean, well furnished, had all the amenities we needed for cooking, cleaning and relaxing, and everyone in the house from baby to granddad felt comfortable in the house. The location of the house is in a quiet street overlooking a park and is a short distance to shops and beaches. Liaising with Donna and Mark prior to commencing our stay at the house was kind, and professional. They were always prompt with responses via email and text, and always was able to answer any questions i had. I would definitely recommend this house. Staying at Cape Woolamai (and this house) was the best choice, as it gave us a chance to enjoy a holiday at the island and in an exceptional holiday house.
