Lovely place to relax in. Located in boutique block of 24 designed by renowned Stoll Long Architecture. Fully retractable cafe doors connect the living area to a private balcony. Front queen sized bedroom has walk-through robes and ensuite bathroom. Smaller second bedroom with queen sized bed has separate well appointed bathroom. Generous storage space throughout. If only one bedroom is needed the second bedroom is opened up as extra living space. Central heating and cooling. European dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Free undercover parking space.

Full use of the self-contained first floor apartment with balcony, plus secure basement parking for one vehicle. Main entry to apartment block is via secured door at street (ground) level. Elevator access from ground floor and basement.

Guests have private use of the apartment. Aileen is available for contact at all times via email and mobile phone. Our cleaner provides weekly service for longer bookings.
Explore lively Collingwood/Fitzroy from our secure relaxed retreat. This area has something for everyone - live music, pubs, bars, fine and funky eateries, top end, retro and quirky shops and galleries on Gertrude, Brunswick, Smith Streets and more. Melbourne City, the Exhibition Building and Museum, the MCG and Australian Tennis Centre and Southbank are nearby. We love it! You will too.
Walk to everything including central Melbourne (about 25 easy mins). Two tram routes with stops within two hundred metres also make getting around really easy. Secure undercover parking bay with lift access to apartment for those using a car.

Our apartment block is quiet, relaxed and secure - please respect our neighbours by entering and leaving quietly.
The apartment is fully serviced before your arrival. On departure, please leave beds unmade, towels on bathroom floor, and all else generally as you found it - dishes clean and stored away, rubbish removed to basement bins.
For your comfort, please report any problems or breakages to Aileen as soon as is practical.
