If you felt any inconvenience, I did my best to make your guest satisfied, first of all let me explain you about the cancellation policy which you should have checked before booking any ways, as I know that you are a new guest on Airbnb so you must not be knowing about it, but you should have checked the description of listing and policy once before booking, it clearly states that 5 days prior to reservation, the refund is available, but if you want to cancel at the day of arrival (because of that, you booked my room and I wasn't able to give it to other guests too as it was booked on your name) and then you expect the policy to be changed for your convenience forgetting about the inconveniences which will be faced by me, I think that is rude and about the stopping communication thing, I was driving at the moment you called, I asked to wait for just 15 mins till I reach home to talk to you patiently as at the last moment you said that I am not coming just give the refund. I just want to say that it's not in the policy for which you booked, then how can you expect me to change the company policy. Then after that when I reached home and tried calling you, you were not picking up and suddenly one Man arrives stating that he booked the room, on this thing also, I want to educate you that you can only book a listing for you or if you are included in that reservation, it's a legal process. Although I gave him room after talking to you and he was happily staying also at my place and let me tell you this thing personally, I didn't grabbed any free rides with him, forget about happily or sadly. He was getting bored sitting back at home as was not willing to go outside alone, so he asked me to go out to take him to different places to see Ahmedabad, although I had other works too, then too I went outside with him for 4 days, and usually guest only pay the fuel charges and rent of bike also @500/ day if they are taking it, but as he was becoming a good friend so instead of charging him the bike rents and all, we just shared the fuel and it's not like he paid for my meal or fuel, I earn enough that I can eat on my own and roam around, and I have seen all the places, he wanted to see and asked me to take him, although it's not my job* then too I did that and now he is also a good friend of mine because right now only he messaged me to meet soon and he is motivational alarm for me, I don't know what story is building up in your mind. This is what happens when a new guest joins Airbnb, they expects that the staff will be there like hotel who will do yes sir yes ma'am in front of you. But I want to let you know that host isn't a servant, check the dictionary, what it means. We build relationships on this platform and you don't even came to stay at that listing so you don't have any right to judge about my hospitality, I was with him when he wanted to buy a vintage tea table which I chose for myself but he wanted it more so I let him take it, I was there when he was having a craving to eat non-veg, even though I am pure vegetarian but I especially took him to non-veg market where he can have speciality in that and I was there all the time when he wanted any thing, from each and every day food to roaming out, everything. I learned a lot from him and he also enjoyed my company a lot. I wish he could have written this review who actually stayed here for 5 days, because he would not be liking it, then he would have left because he was having option of that too, but we stayed happily. I am a super host with 75+ five star reviews because of something and that is called hospitality and that is why I am a super host from 1 year with best ratings in the region. I am hurted this much just because you didn't even stayed and you have different story only in your mind. Just try to look at the other side too if possible.
I feel sorry too if I am wrong incase but but right now I felt to take a stand for what's logical, right and what's not. Obviously I can't change the policy because it is very inconvenient for me or any other host also to do that, so please remind to check the description and cancellation policy next time before booking.
