This lovely Spanish villa is situated just 250 meters from the sea and is perfect for those who want to spend their fantastic holidays close to the beach and all services. It offers a wonderful living area with it's comfortable rooms and garden.
The proximity to all services and the good equipped property will make your stay as pleasant you wish.
It provides air conditioning, Sat-TV, chimney with gas, private garage, a very nice garden with orange and lemon trees, 3 comfortable bedrooms with built-in cupboards, 2 bathrooms, a nice living room which is connected with the fully equipped kitchen and two winter gardens where you can enjoy your meal while you are relishing the sun.
You can choose between stone- pebble and fine sand beaches. Denia’s port is just 7 driving minutes away and you will need just 6 minutes to the big commercial centre La Marina and the motorway exit. The first supermarket is just around the corner and opens 7 days per week including feasts.
Please take following details into account:
* The Summer rentals during July and August need to be from Saturday to Saturday.
* The price can vary depending of the length and period of your stay.
* Bed linen & towels are optional and cost 15€ per person, which would be charged during the check-in.
* The end cleaning & water costs should be included in the price, but please take into account that it can vary depending of the rental period. The electricity consumption during your stay would be charged separately during the check-out.
* We will welcome you personally, introducing you to the property and providing you the necessary information.
* Please ask us about the the costs and fees before you book the property, as it can vary depending of the property in question and also from the rental period.
* If you need to hire a car, please don’t hesitate to ask us for a special offer, as we are working with one of the biggest rental car companies in Spain which provides special and very competitive prices and conditions for our guests.
Please, take following conditions into account:
* Please, don't smoke inside the villa, it’s strictly forbidden. In case of intensive smell, an extra charge could be required for additional cleaning/washing costs.
* Additional inhabitants who are not included in the booking contract, are expressly prohibited and will be extra charged (100€ per week and per person).
* We reserve us the right to cancel the contract, in case that the tenant is committing a breach of the accepted contract and the indicated conditions.
* The tenant and his roommate are committed to inform us before they invite any guests who are not included in this booking contract, the same as in the case of planning any kind of bigger celebrations, parties, etc..
* The check-in hours are from 16:00h till 20:00h and will always need to be agreed at least two days before your arrival via email or phone call. If you are going to arrive to a different hour as agreed, please contact us immediately (+(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), (EMAIL HIDDEN) so that we can arrange the check-in. Please note that if you arrive later than 20:00h, we'll need to charge an extra fee of 20€ and if you arrive later than 23:00h 40€. An extra fee of 20€ will be charged for the check-in and check-out service on Sundays.
* The tenant and his roommate are committed to a careful treatment of the rental property and have to take toward their neighbors and others into consideration, otherwise we’ll be forced to cancel the present booking contract.
* The cleaning of kitchen utensils (cutlery, pans, plates, etc.) and also fireplaces - Barbecues - Fireplaces and the disposal of household waste, is the responsibility of the tenant and is not included in the final cleaning rate. Otherwise, an extra cleaning fee would be applied.
* The relocation of furnitures inside the rental property is expressly prohibited, the same as the take away of any kind of content of the property.
* The property must be leaved in normal conditions. Any case of damages or non-normal state, will be extra charged from the deposit.
* For damages which are caused to the property, is liable to the tenant and his roommate, except the damage is originated by deterioration.
* If you wish to bring a pat, please ask us before, because it varies depending of the property but as well of the species. In case of dogs & cats an extra cleaning-fee of 20€ per animal would be charged.
