À propos de ce logement
Come stay in my comfortable, cozy and quiet East Village studio. Located in the heart of Alphabet City close to dozens of amazing, eclectic restaurants and bars. There are several 24 hour delis, a grocery store within a 2 minute walk and several laundromats right on the block. It is right by a M14A bus stop that takes you directly to Union Square and the “F” subway line (2nd Ave stop) to uptown or Brooklyn. Tompkins Square Park is 2 blocks away.
The apartment is safe & secure, on the third floor of a 5 story tenement building walk-up. Two huge windows get lots of sunlight and overlook a small back courtyard. There is no street noise and very little outside noise.
The apartment was remodeled 3 years ago and has brand new kitchen appliances and bathroom amenities and new hardwood floor. There is an in-window air conditioning unit and automatic heat in the winter. I will also provide towels, clean sheets, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Will also consider special requests, of course, so please let me know what you need!
I have a mounted 63" Samsung flat screen television with full cable and remote. Kitchen amenities include a microwave, stove & large sink. The bed is full size and comfortably sleeps two. Secure wireless access is available.
I do not smoke and I do not allow my guests to smoke. The apartments smells fresh & clean.
If you need any recommendations for your stay, I’d be more than happy to offer those. I have a reliable cell phone and will be available by email, phone or text 24-7.
I do not have a car, but from what I’ve heard parking is relatively easy in this area.
If you have any specific questions or if you'd like to see additional pictures, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
Thanks for your consideration!

I enjoy traveling, making the most of my time in NYC and getting together with friends. I'm a runner and love waking up before dawn to pound the pavement of the City. It's my favorite time of day. I work in sales for a major publishing company and deal mostly with universities, which takes me to all corners of the United States & beyond.
I've always loved meeting new people and, for me, offering a cozy studio apt to stay in in the heart of my favorite neighborhood in Manhattan -- the East Village -- is a great way to help people visiting this crazy, fun, sometime daunting city find a comfortable, safe, affordable place to stay.
