It’s the perfect choice for families and friends who want to spend their holidays close to the beach. Make your holidays an unforgettable experience!

The one-storey accommodation with a size of 140 m2 offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In total, there are one double bed, 2 single beds and one bedroom with a double bunk bed for 3 persons. All bedrooms and equipped with wardrobes and windows to the garden. Because of that, the bedrooms are very luminous. One bathroom is en suite and counts with a shower and the other one with a bath tub. The property counts with air conditioning in the living area and the bedroom with the 2 single beds and bathroom en suite. We are pleased to supply fans for the other bedrooms on request.

Have a pleasant breakfast in the furnished winter garden and enjoy the lovely views to the mountains. Sit down on the cosy fauteuil in the living area, surf on the internet (WIFI) or watch television (Satellite TV). The kitchen is fully equipped. The whole plot (with the house) measures about 450 m2. You could park up to 2 cars in the courtyard. If you have guests or come with more cars, you could easily park on the side roads of the house – it’s free of charge. As the property is located in a urbanization, there are direct neighbours.

The house and its facilities are totally private. We’ll leave bed linen and bath towels for you (beach towels are not available).

The location of the chalet is perfect because you reach all the installations you may need in a few minutes walking or driving by car or bus. Close to the apartment you will find a supermarket, restaurants, a tobacco shop and the bus station. The bus goes every 15 minutes to Alcúdia harbor, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Pollença or other directions like Can Picafort. Enjoy a relaxing beach day, bask in the sun and take a refreshing bath in the sea; or go for a pleasant stroll along the beach.

In Puerto de Alcúdia you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; shops, leisure activities and much more.

The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don’t forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.

By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, Playa de Formentor or Puerto de Pollença. Also the bay Cala St. Vicente is a must to see. A visit of the old town of Pollença with its tiny church (Calvari) and the nice main square with lots of restaurants would be a nice half-day trip. To access the Calvari, you would have to climb more than hundred stairs - but the views are worth it!

Sehr nett empfangen worden, das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt (wir waren nur zu zweit da, aber das Haus hat Platz für 6 Personen, 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 2 weitere Zimmer mit einzel / hoch Betten, also bestens für Familien geeignet) Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und in der Nähe von Supermärkten, Restaurants und dem Strand. Auch sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten.

Apartment matched the description and left a positive impression. The place is quiet, cozy, walk to the sea 15 - 20 minutes, comfortable car. In minute location supermarkets, farm shop with fresh fruit and vegetables. Hostess open and friendly to talk to.
