We welcome you by stocking the pantry and fridge with some breakfast provisions to get you started and keep you going for a day or two. Once you book in, feel free to let us know your continental breakfast preferences eg cereal, fruit, bread, juice, milk etc and we will endeavour to stock up accordingly.

Accès des voyageurs
Guests have private access to the flat and all the amenities within. The Guest Room entry is accessed independently via the carport shelter located at the front of the property.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
The owners live on the top floor of the house. The entrance to the main house is up the stairs to the left of the carport.
Upon arrival, we will welcome you and settle you in, making sure you have all everything you need.
We have great local knowledge of restaurants, wine bars, pubs, cafes, beaches, quirky out of the way gift shops, kid friendly spaces, parks and many other Perth attractions that we would love to share with you.
We are an active family, so are out and about ourselves, much of the time, but for the duration of your stay we will always endeavour to provide advice in person, if not by phone, should you need it.
Generally check-in times will be 16:00, while check-out time is 12:00 noon. If we don't have any other guests coming or going on that day we can be more flexible. Let us know your arrival time so we can best suit you. We are happy to temporarily store your suitcases if needed.
PERSONALISED GUIDED TOURS:
For an additional charge, half day guided tours, based on your interests can be arranged Monday - Friday to make efficient use of your time and to be sure you experience the best Perth has to offer! (Subject to my availability and degree of expertise in your area of interest!)
We are grateful to you for treating our guest room as you would your own home and hope you have a lovely visit!
Only registered guests are entitled to stay over and/or use our Guest Room facilities.
Upon exiting the room please turn off any lights and the reverse cycle air conditioning, pull the curtain closed, and lock both the sliding door and security screen.

Hello! I'm your host - Kimberley.
I live with my lovely family - partner Sharon, young son Reuben and friendly Border Collie dog, Tilda. I enjoy meeting people from all over the world, and having travelled a bit myself, understand how much more you get out of your stay when you have a friendly local to welcome you and set you on your way.
I embrace a healthy balanced lifestyle, creativity in its many contexts, culture, food, cooking, adventure, gardening, children's literature, yoga, reading and exercise. I love textiles and design and being surrounded with beautiful, functional objects.
Travel inspires me. I have lived in many places around the world from a tree house in Zimbabwe to a castle in the French country side. I have swam with whale sharks in Exmouth (Western Australia), white water rafted down the Zambesi in Africa and dined at WD50 in New York. I love the way that travel expands your world … how waking up each day in a new place or country brings along with it a completely different experience.
Please feel free to contact me anytime with all your questions and requests and I'll do my best to accommodate.
Look forward to hearing from you!
