Description

Our cool two bedroom apartment with exposed brick and traditional tiles has a true Valencian style! It is an open and luminous apartment. It comfortably fits 4 people and is located just 10 min walking distance from downtown.

Our apartment is located near historic downtown Valencia (10 minutes walking). The apartment is in the fourth floor of a building over 50 years old (there is no elevator in the building) and the flat has recently been remodeled. This is a warm, open and luminous apartment. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen connected to an open living area, and a balcony with access from the master bedroom. The apartment has the basic household items. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, electric stove, washing machine, dishwasher, silverware, glasses, dishes and all that is needed for cooking. The apartment has heat and air conditioning.
The living room is equipped with furniture, a sofa-bed and a TV.
And listen to this!!! We offer you a discounted taxi ride from/to the airport, the High-speed train station, a touristic ride throughout the city, or any other taxi service you may need during your stay.

Guests will have access to everything in the apartment.

Although we cannot interact physically with the guests, as we live in the USA, we are always available via email, text or phone to respond the guest's questions and requests. In addition, the guests will have direct communication available to them with my mom (Pilar) and my brother (Diego).

Just around the corner you can find the Plaza Jesus Farmer’s Market where you can buy fresh food products from Valencia. In the area you can also find all kinds of supermarkets (Mercadona, Consum, Supercor), banks and little family stores selling all sorts of things, from food (groceries, bakeries) to clothing, electronics, pet supplies, etc. There are also bars and restaurants in the area, as well as home-made take away food.
The apartment is located 2 minutes walking distance from a Medical Clinic and just one street away from Hospital El Consuelo, in case of an Emergency. There are two drug stores at 1 minute walking distance each. In general, the area has everything you would need.
Street parking is available, and there is an underground public parking lot at the end of the street if you prefer.

The city bike lane passes by the parallel street to ours. You can Access information on Valenbisi.
In just a 10-15 minutes’ walk you will be immersed in downtown: The bullfighting ring (Plaza de Toros), the beautiful train station “Estacion del Norte”, Colon street (shopping street), Town Hall square with its historical buildings, and from there you can continue your trip toward the heart of Valencia: Lonja, Central Market, Palace of Generalitat, Old Churches, the Cathedral, Museums, Theaters, El Carmen (an alternative part of the city with all sorts of stores and restaurants, and with active nightlife), Serrans and Quart city Towers, etc.
At the end of the street, there are bus stops that will take you anywhere in the City or to the coast. In addition, there are several subway stations within 3-5 minutes walking distance ((website hidden)). The Joaquin Sorolla-Jesus stop gives access to line 1 (yellow; connects the City with surrounding villages, Valencia Fairgrounds, Velodromo Luis Puig) and line 5 (green; towards or from the Airport, Downtown, Mestalla soccer stadium, beach); Bailen stop gives you access to line 3 (red, which connects with the Airport, and the University of Valencia and Polytechnical University of Valencia). By any of these means you can reach Valencia’s historical buildings or shopping malls, such as El Saler, Aqua or El Turia, The City of Arts and Sciences (Science Museum, Oceanografic Institute, City of Arts) and the Bioparc, etc.
The apartment is located 5 minutes walking distance from the new High-speed Train Station (Joaquin Soroya). This train service connects Valencia with Madrid and Barcelona. Within the train station surroundings there are car rental companies (in addition to the ones located by the airport).
The apartment is very well located towards the South entrance of the city, giving you easy access if you are coming/going to Madrid, Alicante or Barcelona by car. By car or taxi, you are able to quickly reach the Valencia Fair, the Airport, Las Arenas Beach, large shopping malls such as Bonaire, Mn4, or leisure centers such as Kinepolis.


There is a minimum stay of 2 nights. If you are interested in only one night, just contact us and we can work out a good deal for you. If you are interested in longer stays (a month or more), please contact us to discuss rates. We are really flexible and open to reasonable negotiations.

Please be mindful of other tenants and treat our apartment with respect and care.

Please remember to leave the kitchen window blinds down and shut upon leaving the apartment.

The kitchen counters CANNOT be used as cutting boards. Please make sure you use a cutting board (it is provided).

The heat and air conditioning are electric, and although they are now included in the price I would request you restrict your use of them so as not to affect the rates in the future.

L'heure d'entrée dans les lieux est 13:00 - 16:00.

Please leave the apartment as clean and tidy as you found it. The more we need to clean the more fee will be required. Please pay special attention to the cleaning of the kitchen and be sure to remove the bed linen and used towels and leave them on the bed to be replaced.
Pets are allowed. If you leave them alone in the apartment, they need to be crated. If dogs bark once left alone, please do not leave them unattended in the apartment. Also be aware that cleaning after pets may require a more thorough cleaning, unless you have taken care of it.
It is not allowed to organize parties in the apartment.
Smoking is not permitted.
Again, please be mindful of your neighbors and do not have the TV or music at too high a volume.
Any violation of the above could affect the return of your deposit.

Hi there! This is Mike and Rita, and we welcome you to a little bit of our lives. I (Rita) was born and raised in Valencia, Mike in San Diego, California. This apartment was our first home together, and during the 5 years that we lived there we remodeled it giving it our personal touch. At present, we are living in the USA, and making impossible to enjoy our valencian apartment! Nothing better than allowing others to have this great opportunity! You will feel as relaxed as in your own home!
