Fully Furnished Upscale 2 Bedroom 1.1/2 Bath Loft located in the posh Promenade Building in the heart of downtown Denver - Riverfront Park - Close to everything! - Walk three blocks to the Colorado Convention Center - FREE bus takes you the rest! Dining, Parks, Denver Center for the Performing Arts Theater District, Pepsi Center, Coors Field and Elitch's amusement park are just minutes away.. A one block walk (no condo is closer) will get you to Union Station where you can catch the free RTD Mall Bus Ride or board Light Rail - Just a few yards from the building you will find internationally recognized Zengo restaurant, Le Biblioteca, McLoughlins pub and INK cafe / coffee shop.Several miles of public park lie just a block away, perfect for jogging, bike riding or picnics. One of the Denver bike share stations and car share stations is just across the street.
Enjoy spectacular views of downtown with complete security and comfort. All building access is secure and controlled electronically, with elevators to all levels. Decorated in contemporary colors with loft style building architecture making your stay fun and comfortable. Large screen TV, cable and WIFI internet included. If you are coming into town for a convention there is a free shuttle that will take you to within blocks of the Colorado Convention Center.

Bed setup consists of a contemporary queen in the master and a queen in the second bedroom. A private full bath adjourns the master bedroom and half bath is directly outside the second bedroom.

If you are traveling by car there is a secure assigned and heated underground parking space (extra $10.00 nightly fee).

Taxes of 14.87 % are collected for stays less than 30 nights

Guests have access to everything in the unit that I have as an owner.

However much interaction you the guest desires I will provide. I usually meet with my guests upon arrival to get them keys and explain the electronic locks and parking, locations of grocery stores and how to use the free shuttle.

It is central to practically everything! Parks, Dining Entertainment, Recreations, Transportation - Its literally all right here.

There is a free shuttle to take you up and down the 16th mall for dining, shopping, entertainment as well as the convention center if you are hear for business. There is also a bike share and car share station just downstairs.

A couple of things unique to this property. 1) It is contemporary loft style in its design meaning that for effect some of the walls are partial height and not quite to the ceiling. Conversations for instance in the kitchen could possible be heard in the bedroom and vice-versa. The other think to note is that it is a urban dwelling in the midst of Denver's transportation center.There are trains and buses and taxis and light rail so there are the associated sounds that they bring..

Perfectly located LODOO penthouse with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. Dave is a friendly and thoughtful host, and makes sure that every aspect of your stay is taken care of. Super comfy beds, great view, will most definitly stay here again in the future-

This is an excellent downtown location, close to everything you need and easy access. Dave was a fantastic host and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, and Dave is always available. Great time, couldn't' have been any better!

Great location in LoDo Denver - close to everything. Access to light rail (airport and around town), the free Mall Shuttle was great. The unit was exactly what we expected. The half-bath near the second bedroom worked really well - we were concerned about sharing the full bath but it was no problem.

The apartment was situated in a great location to downtown it was about 2 minutes walk to the free mallride which takes you all the way down 16th street. As for the apartment, it was fantastic and had all the amenities you would want. As for the host, Dave, he was great and met up with us a day early for the hand over of keys as this was easier for us as we were going onto Estes park that day. Couldn't recommend these apartment highly enough and if you are thinking of going to Denver book these apartments

Dave is a great host. He took some time out to pick us up and show around the place, he gave us many valuable tips on places nearby which made our stay more comfortable. The penthouse itself was cozy and had everything that can make our stay comfortable. The location was awesome with quick reach to Union station and 16th street. Hoping to visit again as and when we get a next chance.

Dave was a great host--first, just being able to find this place at a reasonable rate during a very peak week was awesome. I feel like Dave is fair with his pricing, especially given the location. It is definitely a loft space, so don't expect total privacy--that being said, it was great having the 2 separate bedrooms, and with enough distance between them, you really did feel like you had some space. The location is ideal for those looking to immerse themselves in the less touristy area north of the river, but is still within walking distance to all the typical convention locations. Really, no downsides to this place--just a great condo and a great host. Thanks, Dave!
