Mr. Darryl, your review is unfair. The first time you contact me you asked for early check-in and I gave early check-in to you without additional charge, you did not mention it in your review . In you review you said that my lockbox is not labeled with my name and I don't know how did you find my lockbox and did an early check-in without problem. There are a lot of lockbox on the fence, if my lockbox is not labeled properly as you said you never would find it. Please show me how to find my lockbox if is not labeled with my name on it. Then you turn on the A/C, but you pressed the wrong buttom on the remote control the fan button instead the cooling button, and again the fault is mine. Is clear that you don't read the manual of the apartment. Everybody know that you have to press cooling button to get cool air or press fan button for hot air. Mr. Darryl, there was a problem with the refrigerator, but I bought a new one for you. The stairs are covered with water yes, thats the true, unfortunately you came to Puerto Rico with bad weather prognostic , the day that you arrived all the day was rainy, for that reason the stair are covered with water. I don't know if you read my listing before you book it, but my listing is clear about the parking (First come, first serve) but the fault is mine. If you was uncomfortable with my apartment, why you don't ask for a refound, I don't have problem to refound your money back. I sent a lot of text massage to know about you and never you answer one. It is clear that you are trying to damage my reputation.
