This cozy apt is 650 sq ft in a quaint building right in the heart of South Beach. Comfortably sleeps 2. Unit has a queen size bed. No parking.
The beach, nightlife, shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance of this apt. Come enjoy all the fun South Beach has to offer.

Please note: there is no closet space HOWEVER there is a dresser with 3 available drawers, an armoire and rolling rack for hanging items
I will meet you for key exchange and walk-thru before you check in and before you check out. If I am unable to meet you, keys will be left in the lock box.
The beach is 8 blocks away/20 min walk. Most dining, grocers, pharmacies and local shops are within walking distance or a quick cab/Uber ride . If you're looking to burn some calories, visit the local park with a track, football/soccer field, Olympic sized pool/kiddie pool, and gym.
Get around town by walking, cabs, buses, the local .25 shuttle or Deco Bikes.
The building does not provide parking. Parking is FREE on the weekdays in CERTAIN zones, however after 6pm and on weekends, you can pay the meter or park at the local garages. Typical rate is $1/Hour for garages and $4/hr for street parking.

Email/text is best. Depending on when you arrive, I will either meet you at the unit for key exchange or provide you with code for lock box. Once inside, you will find a welcome letter with house rules and all codes.
**if you’re new to Airbnb, please keep in mind, you’re staying in someone’s actual home. This isn’t a hotel. Just like your home, sometimes things go wrong and need to be repaired. Life happens. Unlike Hotels, I’m unable to move you to another room so patience and understanding is appreciated.
**Unfortunately, the building does not provide parking. Street parking is available & free during certain times in certain zones. There is a parking garage 2 blocks (10th and west ave) away that charges $1/hr. If you plan to reserve the apartment, park at your own risk and read all street signs.
**This apartment is located on a major state road in South Beach. If you are looking for a quite place with little to no noise or if you are a light sleeper, this is NOT the apartment for you. While I pride myself on making your stay enjoyable, my home is not perfect. I want to be honest with all potential guests... you may hear sirens, horns, alarms, barking dogs etc.
Having said that , the building itself is small and my neighbors are quiet. Everyone maintains a respectful noise level and works in the morning. In short, this isn't an apartment where you can loudly stumble in at 3am and not be heard.
**Additionally, I have been told by guests that the a/c unit makes noise. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. The roof is directly above. 4 A/C units are housed on a grid. Even if my a/c is powered off, you will still hear the vibration of another a/c unit. Its a machine, its loud. If noise bothers you or if you are a light sleeper, this may not be the right place for you.
**This apartment comfortable sleeps 2. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this based on past guest experience and the size of the apartment.
**Lastly, don’t be dirty. Please. Clean up after yourself. Don’t leave food out. Sweep crumbs. Throw out the trash. This is my home that I come back to between guests.
Please keep these things in mind should you plan to reserve the apartment.
