Thanks Max for your feedback. However, I disagree with you and have to correct some misunderstandings for airbnb. First of all, we offer parking at request for a discounted fee, which we also informed Max about. However, he did not accept our offer and wanted to find cheaper parking. In the end, Max also realized that the fee is 3 eur/hour, which is more than three times more expensive than our rate. Secondly, Max informed me in advance, and I had confirmed, that we were going to meet up at 3pm. I waited for an hour without seeing him or even reaching him on the phone. After this I had to run some other errands and waited for him to reply. After two hours I received a message and I told him that I am not in the city anymore, but will arrange the key which my brother handed over. Max also claimed that the internet was not working, but it turned out Max had unplugged the Wifi box and used the electric spot for other equipment. Regarding the space, we have had more than 12 guest staying and below you can see the great reviews from them. I find it a bit curious that Max takes note of groups even though he and his wife only used one of the three bedrooms. It is unfortunate that Max does not seem to be accepting basic things of airbnb such as being on time and acting in a respectful way towards the host.
