The Rose House is the whole ground floor and backyard of a small three-family house in the Brooklyn waterfront village of Greenpoint. Lots of light, tastefully furnished surroundings, and good vibes.
The only rule I ask is that of the Golden Rule. Please treat my place as you would expect yours to be treated. If you are a first-time AirBnB user, remember that this is not a hotel. There is no regular housekeeping (unless requested) and the housekeeper is me. Be mindful of neighbors, noise, energy usage, etc. We're all adults, let's just try to behave as such. Thank you!
Hi! My name is Rich and I was born in Brooklyn, NY but raised in Chatham, NJ. I went to school at the University of Massachusetts and studied English Literature and Film. I ended up graduating with a Communications degree with a concentration in Filmmaking. Now I'm part owner of two restaurants in Manhattan, Torrisi and Parm, a kombucha tea brewing operation called "Mombucha," I write/voice a news radio feature on the environment for CBS News called "The Green Air Minute," and I do real estate leasing and sales in my spare time. For fun I love to go to the beach, swim, bike, snowboard, run, yoga, cook, and sponge every little bit of inspiration I can from life and all the people I meet.
