OUR Sun Valley Townhouse is located on Sun Valley Road on the left/North side of Sun Valley road between and behind the L.D.S. and Catholic churches. The unit is in the building closest to Mt. Baldy. Entry road is just after the Forrest Service Building. See Web Link for more location details:
FOR hot water, turn circuit breakers in upstairs bathroom to on, red tape identifies this circuit breaker.
TWO extra keys for the condominium are hanging on the wall in the downstairs hallway. CAUTION, The front door sometimes locks automatically so be sure to take a key with you at all times when leaving. The Key to the swimming pool is also located here.
LEAVE the condominium keys on wall when you depart.

PETS: Pet are Not Allowed unless preapproved by the Owner and the Association. Pets cannot be left alone in the unit. All renters must obey City of Sun Valley Pet Laws. Pets cannot run free and must be either on a leash, or with their owner. If your pet disappears, check with City of Sun Valley Animal control which often patrols the Val d’ Sol Complex. This property adjoins National Forests and domestic pets (especially cats and small dogs) become victim to predators if allowed to run free. If pets are allowed on the furniture or beds my cleaning costs can skyrocket. An additional $100.00 fee for pet cleaning may apply.
DURING extreme cold weather, should water freeze in upstairs bathroom shower, leave downstairs small bedroom door open and thermostat at 70 degrees in that room. (This may be necessary in the month of January.) When departing leave thermostats at 50 degrees in winter and off in the summer
IMPORTANT: Water turn on and off valve for all water to the condominium is in the downstairs master bedroom in the unlocked closet on the floor to our right. (Crosswise is off and parallel is on.)

THE flat screen 50” television runs off of two (2) remotes. Television remote turns the TV on and off as well as controls the volume. The CABLE BOX remote changes the channels ONLY. TV remote most be SET TO CHANNEL 4 to view the CABLE BOX. This television can also be used as a computer to view Netflix, Hulu, Youtube or anything on the internet. The SOURCE button on the Flat Screen Remote can be toggled to view the computer. Source for Computer is “PC” and “TV” for the Cable Box.

DOWN STAIRS television runs off the cable box. To run you have to use two remotes. The television remote to turn on and manipulate the volume and the Cable Box remote to change channels. Television runs on the cable (ATV) and must be set to channel 4. DVD-BLUE RAY runs off the HDMI-1 cable and must be sources as such. Internet television viewing is through the Blue Ray Player for Netflix, Hulu, Youtube etc. Television remote must be sourced to TV to view on the Television, and HDMI-1 to view the DVD, Blue Ray and Internet TV.

THE Internet is available as follows: Wi-fi access will be thru: Access code is: . Internet Television is also available. If “ is not seen as an access point do the following. Go downstairs to the Master Bedroom and locate the power strip beneath the small bed stand near the sliding glass door. Turn it off, wait 20 seconds then turn it back on.
COOLING UNIT: The back lower end water container must be filled with cold water for it to function cooler that just a fan. Ice packs in the freezer can aid in cooling the water. Ice pack can only go in the water container’s larger side. Smaller side must be left open for the water pump access the water. Cooling Unit can run with the remote or with its function buttons on top. Open the door slightly on the unit’s side north side facing the courtyard to keep the air from stagnating. Keeping the door closed with the blinds closed after 12:00 noon on the unit’s side facing Bald Mountain will keep the upstairs cool. Open Blinds and Both doors at night to cool the place.
