Our large garden has seating, swings, hammocks and picnic benches. Close to visitors attractions, golf courses, coastal walks, fishing villages, tropical gardens, historic buildings and castles.

My husband and I are very happy to interact with guests, or to leave them in peace if preferred!
The Machars area of Dumfries and Galloway is perfect for cycling, motorbiking, there are opportunities for fishing and golf available nearby.
Prices are inclusive of a full Scottish breakfast!
I would be happy to discuss pet friendly arrangements, though furry friends are respectfully not allowed on furniture, and guests would need to provide their own pet bed.
There is a no smoking policy throughout the Lodge, although there is an area of the extensive gardens which we have designated for smokers to use.
married with two grown up sons and three grandchildren. I taught D&T and managed the department in a secondary school in North London until December 2013. I love to bake and cook, and make pots!
