Answering to your poor review, I will like to clear some of your wrong assumptions.
1.- We DONT run a hotel in an appartment building, we happen to have some private owners that have some units and we managed them.
When you rented the appartment, you could clearly see the number of units, each one identified with a number, so you knew where you were coming and I dont understand what the fuzz is about.
2.- I am the host and Sonia is not a hotel manager, it is just a cohost as I was out of the country for a week. Dont understand your problem either
3.- When you said that one of the stairs was loose, we inmediately call maintenence and reassure all the steps to make sure that everything would be secure for safety reasons for you and for future guests. We take safety very seriously and you should have greeted us rather than complain, but that wouldn't serve your purpose, as I found later.
4.- technology has it!!! Yes Nicholas, sometimes wifi gets down, and since we are not a hotel, and we do not have front desk or reception, we are just airbnb units, despite of your false accusation, we provided you with another wifi connections belonging to the same property owner, as to better and quickly serve your demands.
Every unit has its own router. We don't share wifi routers as you again falsely stated. We were trying to fix a problem quickly, and we did, because you ENDED having wifi connection. And yes Nicholas, as an engineer you know that the wifi router was in your appartment because Sonia opened the box out of the wall to reset it, and moreover you were there. It just didn't work and she provided you with another one that worked. That easy!!
5- fortunately we have 250 coments, every single one of them with a super high punctuation, 4.9 over a 5, and a superhost badge that really states our work and makes us very proud of what we do.
Unfortunately there are very little people that thinks that lying here and there will provide a free vacation on our expense.
