From start (April 21st) to finish (May 25th) including Samantha's inquiry there was a total of 9 emails from me. For instance #1 confirming her interest,#2 confirm booking,#3 stating that I will send the lock box combo & WiFi code when it gets closer to her stay ,#4 sent both codes, #5 asked if she ck'd in yet and if she needed anything,#6 asked if my wife could come by and pick up some warmer clothes from the off-limit basement closet, she had just flown in from Ca. to cool MT weather #7 confirmed that she'd be there between 10:00-11:00 if that was okay. Wife smelled tobacco smoke when she entered and also saw a pack of Cigarettes on the table. #8 sent a friendly reminder that there was NO SMOKING on the property #9 Thanking them for their stay
Now does that sound excessive ? Don't think so.
You can smoke anywhere you want, EXCEPT on MY PROPERTY or in MY HOUSE. Cigarette butts are in the street gutter and in the grass in front of our yard.
As far as the white furniture, you can see the pic on the website and clearly see what you renting. The reason towels and notes are present, is because it's a lot easier to lay down towels will the kids eat instead of paying for stains or replacement for items. You will find out in life that it's a whole lot better to have white slip covers than anything else. They bleach out wonderfully. We should know we raised 6 kids and 8 grandkids. (Just trying to save extra cleaning costs for our quests)
This house is very KID freindly, toys, books, high chair, pack n play,TV's......big giant yard.
As far as the bedrooms (Website hidden by Airbnb) right there on line.........4 bedrooms (one king bed, two queen beds upstairs and a sleeper sofa ( not a futon) downstairs
There is no " Smokey Smell" from the fireplace, it hasn't been used in years even though there is fresh wood in the grate, it's there for looks.
No sour grapes here !
