This corner top floor suite has floor to ceiling windows. In addition, it has two separate oversized glass sliding doors making this a space filled with natural light, private, & airy. Its prefect for relaxed evenings. The details from furnishings to stainless steel appliances are all new and of quality. It features a full patio set with a private large connected gas BBQ. The property is less than 10 mins away with city transportation to the city financial core, yet close enough to the beaches/lakeside fronts & parks. Situated alongside great cafes and restaurants - the building itself is small and private. 1 reserved underground parking is available (for rent).

The suite is inclusive with all major appliances. In addition, guests have access to the second floor private conference & boardrooms making it ideal to hold larger meetings. The rooftop is a garden with a full city skyline view.

I am always available for my guests via phone/email as I do care your stay is both exceptional in comfort and that you feel right at home. If I am in the city, I would love to hand off the keys and welcome you!

The neighbourhood is in the heart of Leslieville, which has GREAT coffee shops, juice bars, restaurants, bars, gyms, yoga studios, specialty food emporiums, parks...etc. The beaches, as well as, the financial district are all less than 10 mins away by cab.

Bus stop. Cable cars. Cabs. Autoshare/Zip Cars all within 1minute walk from front door.

-----------
Best review left by an a LA couple. Her husband had a 5 month job contract - they stayed 6 months:

"Hello,

We chose Leslieville based on the fact that it is not only close to the studio that my husband works, but also for the ease of walkability to markets, coffee shops, restaurants, parks etc in the neighborhood. I can honestly say we have not been disappointed in the least.

For starters, we have found several coffee shops along Queen Street (Mercury, Te Aro, and Dark Horse) that not only have great coffee, but also have great areas to sit and visit with someone, or to get some work done. If you prefer tea, there is a little shop on Queen called Majesteas and their tea is delicious. Rowe Farms on Queen has a healthy selection of organic foods and sustainable meats to choose. Gregory, the butcher at Rowe, has been very informative about the meats he sells and always has a helpful hint on the best way to cook whatever you're interested in purchasing. Next door to Rowe is a cheese shop with a wide variety of cheeses, fresh baked breads, and homemade soups. If you like fish, Hooked carries fresh and sustainable fish that they have flown in almost daily.

The restaurants along Queen that we frequent, have delicious food. To mention a few, we love and frequent often: Sushi Marché, Lady Marmalade, Delica Kitchen, Food Dudes, Skin & Bones, and Table 17. If you are an ice cream lover, then Ed's Big Scoop is across from Rowe on Queen. It's not Sweet Rose Creamery, but they're ice cream is worth visiting often (we make our way there a couple times a week). There are plenty more restaurants in the neighborhood that we want to try before we leave next month.

We didn't sign up for gym memberships while here, but they are everywhere. In fact there is one across the street from the loft that seems popular with the neighborhood locals (you can see it from the balcony). There are a handful of yoga and pilates studios within walking distance of the loft as well. I can't speak for any of them, but again, they seem popular with the neighborhood locals. Along Queen and within walking distance you can also find multiple hair salons (I'm trying one out next week that came highly recommended), nail salons, massage therapists and other personal care type places.

As for the loft, we have greatly enjoyed calling this our home base while in Toronto. Since it has floor to ceiling windows for most of the walls, you have an outstanding view overlooking the neighborhood treetops (there are no buildings obstructing the view). I can only imagine how beautiful the view is in the fall as the leaves change color! You can also see all the way out to Lake Ontario from the living area. The lightening storms we've seen here have been incredible, and our view of them would be compromised in most other Toronto locations due to neighboring buildings. We were also able to see several fireworks shows from the balcony on Canada Day. Having this many windows allows for tons of natural lighting which is always nice to have. The wrap around porch has been our go to for morning coffee and eating al fresco in the afternoon.

The neighbors in the building are very friendly and are always willing to recommend new places to try out.
Leslieville is a great area to stay not only for the selection of restaurants, shops, etc within the area, but also for how close it is to other areas you may want to visit. The Beach area (also referred to as Beaches) is a quick drive or street car ride east on Queen.

The Danforth is just north of the loft and is great for Greek food. We have found a couple yummy Italian places on The Danforth as well (7 Numbers and Pizzeria Libretto). Dowtown proper isn't too far west and is super easy to get to. I feel like I am always going against traffic when I leave Leslieville or when I'm coming home...kind of nice!

The best thing about Leslieville, though, is the sense of community I've found here. I see the same faces everywhere I go (both locals and those who work in the shops and restaurants) and have enjoyed building a rapport with them. When you are new to an area and don't know a soul, it's so nice to see friendly, familiar faces regularly. I find that people are constantly stopping to talk to a friend they've run into in the neighborhood. It's very refreshing after living in LA for 15 years.

Sorry to be so wordy, I just didn't want to skimp on anything we've grown to love. Please let me know if you have any further questions."

We had an amazing stay at Naz's place. The unit is nice and bright due to the floor to ceiling windows, and it's beautifully furnished. I especially enjoyed using the gas stove and oven. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Leslieville. There is no shortage of great restaurants, espresso bars, brunch places, etc.; all within walking distance. We stayed for three months and didn't even make it to all the places in the area. The location is also great for getting around the city; there's a two minute walk to the Queen St. streetcar which will take you into the downtown core and there's a bus stop outside that will take you up to the subway which gives you access to the whole city. If you drive or have a car, the building has parking or there's the option to park in a public lot right next door. Naz was a fantastic host. We live overseas but came home to Toronto for the birth of our first child. Naz was very responsive and flexible with all our requests and inquiries. I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Toronto.
