Aloha Pueblo is a small, pretty development of brightly painted townhouses and beautiful landscaped grounds located in the Golf Valley in Nueva Andalucia in the Costa del Sol, near Puerto Banus and Marbella. 220 sqm town house 3 beds/baths.
The house is a corner house set in one of the best positions of the "Pueblo". Facing west with a wonderful roof terrace commanding views over the mountains and the golf valleys.
Being a corner house allows the house to be extra bright. Through the hallway you come to a large salon / dining room with a real fireplace. A fully fitted kitchen is also on the ground floor including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The first floor has two guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The second floor has the master bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a small balcony. Also on the second floor is a wonderful roof terrace with built-in barbeque, dining table and sun lounge.
The house has air conditioning, hot & cold, wi-fi, community cable tv, with a real fireplace for a cosy atmosphere in the winter. The house has gas water heating, double glazing with cream marble floors throughout.

The pueblo was built in 1984 and is immaculately maintained throughout the year and has on-site 24-hour security. The pueblo is located in a mature residential area with access to supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The surrounding area is pleasant to walk around and, every Saturday, there is a traditional, large andalucian market based around the nearby bull-ring.

We have a local agent that meets you on check in and checks you out at the end of the stay. Our agent is available if there are any problems with the to resolve and we can be contacted by telephone or email as well.
The Guest agrees:
Not to deface, make any alterations or additions to the interior or exterior of the Premises or to the decoration, fixtures or fittings of the Premises or to the furniture.
To keep the furniture, soft furnishings and equipment in their present state of repair and
condition and to replace with similar articles of at least the equivalent value and standard, any items of furniture which may be found to be missing (reasonable wear and tear excepted).
Not to remove any of the furniture from its present position in the Premises.
To use the Premises as a private holiday residence for up to 6 persons only and not for any other purposes whatsoever. Additional persons may be accommodated by prior arrangement only.
Not to affix any poster or placard to the interior or exterior of the Premises.
Not to do, or permit to be done, anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance or cause of damage to any neighbouring or adjoining property.
Not to do anything, or suffer or permit anything to be done, as a result of which any policy or insurance held by the Owners on the Premises may become void or voidable or subject to an increased rate of premium.
Not to use the Premises for any illegal or immoral purposes.
Not to play or permit to be played in the premises any musical instrument or sound production equipment between 11.00pm and 7.30am or so as to be audible outside the Premises.
To permit the Owners or their agents access to the Premises to deal with any maintenance or security issues.
Not to smoke or permit smoking inside the Premises.
Not to allow pets inside or on the Premises, except by prior arrangement only, with the exception of assistance dogs.

I am happily married to Simone and we own this lovely house in Marbella. I work in healthcare in London in a senior managerial position. I also rent out the house in Marbella. We want our guests to enjoy the house and the surrounding areas.
