With a panoramic view of Beverly Hills, on the 18th floor (right below the PentHouse) of the prestigious Wilshire Marquise building. This building is on the famous Wilshire Corridor and is walking distance from Westwood and Beverly Hills.
This building is totally safe and secure as well as centrally located. All the staff are friendly and devoted with five star service!
Brown wooden doors lead to a mirrored entrance hall. Large dramatic mirrored and marble, retro-modern black and white living and dining room with a full wall of windows and a magnificent view of the city day and night (we even installed angled mirrors on the ceiling so those sitting with their backs to the view can still enjoy the view!).
(The couch had to be replaced due to damage from a previous guest)

The kitchen is perfect working condition. All appliances and tops have been recently installed (new Stainless Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Microwave Oven, Stove, Garbage disposal). As well as plenty of cabinet space (270 degrees). There is also a 12 bottle wine rack as well as a bar for hosting.
This fabulous apartment, with all amenities mentioned above, also allows residents to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets daily. The unit also comes with a in-unit Washer & Dryer, that will offer you a complete Southern California experience at a great price.
