The elevator system was built about a year ago and works very reliably.
In case of failure of the elevator, the apartment can only be reached over the staircase.

As I'm travelling a lot, I would like to offer Vienna visitors to stay at a convenient and new apartment. I'm not present during your stay. So you will have the entire apartment for yourself.
Nevertheless, I will be always available for you.
At arrival I always try to hand over the keys in person so I can give a little tour around the appartment and give some extra tips, tricks and practical information for your stay. Of course, if there are any more questions about the apartment or the city I will answer them too. Then I will leave the apartment quietly so you can settle down a moment from your travel and enjoy your stay at this great city.
There is Free Parking in front of the building on the weekends. So great, if you arrive with a rental or our own car. There is also a 24 hour Park & Ride facility three subway stops away and costs € 3.- per day.

I will make sure that the apartment is completely clean when you arrive. Please treat the place with respect and leave it clean (you don't have to change the bed or wash the towels of course). Make sure the front door is always closed correctly. Don't put the provided sound system too loud or with other words; please respect the neighbours.
No parties or events
•Accomodation is available from 13.00 hr on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure.
•Guests themselves are responsible for personal property and valuables left in the house and the owner is not responsable for the subsequent loss thereof.
•Guests are responsible for their behaviour in the house and surrounding area, and in the case of an accident they shall bear the consequences themselves.
•Lock the doors to the house from the inside and when going out be sure to lock the doors and windows, switch off the lights and all electrical appliances.
•In exeptional circumstances and in the absence of a guest, the owner of the facility has the right to enter the house to prevent the occurence of possible damage or danger. The owner is obliged to notify the guest about the entry into the house at the first subsequent contact.
•Destruction of equipment and forniture, causing disorder and disturbing other residents is prohibited, and it is expreslly forbidden to make loud noises in the time between 22 to 7 hr.
•The contents of the house may only be used by persons who are registred as guests, however the host may, upon the request of a guest, permit possible visits at certain times.
•Bringing in weapons, explosive and easily flammable material is not permitted.
•Use of equipment and appliances which are not an integral part of the offer of the house may be used only upon the consent of the host.
•Bringing in of animals is permitted only upon the consent of the host.
•In the event of the disapperance or damage to installation, forniture, appliances, equipment of the house the guest is obliged to notify the host. In so far as the disappearance or damage occured due to the fault of the guest, the guest is obliged to compensate the corresponding equivalent value.
•It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment (towels, cover...) from the house.
•In the event of disregard of the house rules, the host has the right to refuse further providing services.
•You may offer your comments, suggestions and compliments to your host who is at your disposal during working hours from 0 to 24 hr.
