How to reach Santa Teresa di Gallura
By Plane: Airports of Olbia (60 km) - Alghero (135 km) - Cagliari (304 km).
By Ferry: Harbor of Olbia (60 km) - Porto Torres (104 km)
By Car:
From Olbia, you have to take the SS 125 towards Arzachena-Palau. At the junction for Palau is necessary to turn to the left for Santa Teresa and follow the road for another 23 km.
From Porto Torres you can take the scenic north of the island, thus being able to also choose to transit to other resorts like Castelsardo, Costa Paradiso, Vignola. The road (100 km) with very impressive views of the sea, is passable in 80 minutes.
From Cagliari take the SS 131 to Sassari. Before entering the city must take the road "Sassari Dolce Latte" and follow the direction Platamona-Castelsardo take the littoral Porto Torres-Santa Teresa.

Terms and booking conditions

Lease – Prices
The lease is carried out in the name and in favour of the property’s owner with the exclusive and sole object of tourist tenancy and according to the rates indicated in the price list of KlabHouse.
All of the houses are furnished with fitted kitchen or with equipped kitchen corner (crockery, pots, fridge). In the description of each single accommodation unit it is stated which electrical household appliances (TV, washing machine, dish-washer, etc.) are available.
Please, notice that the accommodations mostly belong to different private owners and therefore have their own different features. Because of this it is better to point clearly out any particular requirement of yours at the very same moment of the reservation and in any case, these specific requirements must be pointed out before your acceptance of the contract and put down in words in the proper “booking form”.
Domestic animals are usually not allowed into the accommodations except for some properties: in these particular cases their presence will be permitted only upon your previous specific demand and only after a subsequent confirmation on the part of KlabHouse.
The tenancy rates are meant to be per accommodation unit and inclusive of water, electricity and gas consumptions. Possible cot for babies and possible additional bed for adults (if available and previously requested at the moment of the reservation).
Not inclusive in the tenancy rates (except for different indications reported in the price-list) are:
• final cleaning;
• bed linen and towels
• possible expenses for the heating and/or for the air-conditioning (if available);
• use of infrastructures and/or services (e.g. resort animation, hire of sunshades, etc.) if reported in the single description of the accommodation unit with the diction “extra”.
• Local tourist taxes are not included in the price and shall be borne by the customer and paid directly to the owner or administrator on site.

Check in/out
Check in and check out times are in the reservations confirmation
Any alterations concerning the arrival and departure times must be previously arranged with the key-holder and at any rate subordinated to his/her acceptance. No reimbursement is provided for in case the holiday-maker anticipates or delays his/her arrival.
Holiday-maker need to leave the property at the expiring date of the contract

Number of Guests
Only the people whose name is indicated in the “accommodation voucher” of KLABHOUSE will be allowed to occupy the property. Any possible substitution of people during the term of the stay will be permitted only if previously agreed with KLABHOUSE. The number of guests (adults + children) cannot be bigger than the number you stated at the moment of your reservation and at any rate cannot outnumber the sleeping capacity indicated in the description of the accommodation unit present on the internet site. In the total number of people in party only one child no older than 3 years will not be counted. The key-holder may forbid entrance into the accommodation to those people in excess.

Formalities At The Arrival – Safety Deposit
Please, 2-3 days before your arrival date give a call to the person in charge for the check in, in order to advise about your estimated arrival time and to arrange and/or confirm the modalities concerning the delivery of the reserved house. At his/her arrival the holiday-maker has to show the ID of all the guests and leave to the key-holder a safety deposit in €, equal to the amount indicated in the description of the accommodation unit. The key-holder – might it be the tourist-real estate agent’s office, the property’s owner personally or one person in charge of his/her – can refuse entrance into the accommodation to the holiday-maker if this last does not leave a safety deposit at his/her arrival. Please note the deposit must be paid with a credit card for guarantee. This very same safety deposit will be refunded at the end of his/her stay – after the inventory check has been carried out contextually to the redelivery of the lodging to the key-holder – and upon deduction of any possible damage caused to the lodging itself.

Cleaning And External Maintenance
All of the lodgings will be delivered in clean and good conditions and basically the final cleaning is inclusive in the tenancy price. Notwithstanding this the holiday-makers have to redeliver the lodging as in order and tidy as at the moment of their arrival and get rid of the trash. Should the lodging not be redelivered as in the above written conditions the key-holder –the property’s owner personally or one person in charge of his/her – can deduct up the supplementary cleaning expenses from the safety deposit left at the arrival.
Besides, the key-holder – may have free access to the property in order to perform the necessary operations of maintenance (garden, swimming pool and so on).

Behavior Rules

The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners. Creating a disturbance of the above nature shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and Tenants shall then immediately vacate the premises. Quiet hour starts at 10:30 PM and the noise should be kept to a minimum.

2. Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.; shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents.

3. Tenant agrees not to access the “owner’s closet”, even if unlocked, which contains cleaning supplies and chemicals that could be hazardous to children and adults.

4. Tenant is advised that if the property contains a gas stove and cooktop, gas heating, gas grill, and other gas powered items and will seek help from management if the proper operation of such items is not fully understood.

5. Tenant agrees that doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning ( where there is) is in operation to prevent mildew.

6. Tenant MUST keep always the shutters attached to the wall any time if not close, in case of strong wind or storm tenant has to keep close and open only partially. Any damage will be deduct from the deposit.

7. Tenant MUST respect the area assign to this unit specify in the floor plan in the unit.

8. NO GLASS or FOOD allowed in the pool area (in case there is the pool)

9 The Tenants shall pay for any damage done to the premises over and above normal wear and tear.

Cancellations – Changes
In case of cancellation it will stand the cancellation policy which refers to the date of booking.
If cancellation arrives after the date scheduled, the balance due will be charged to the credit card.
Changes of term or accommodation are considered as cancellations and therefore – in such cases – the pertinent penalties will be enforced anyway. 24 hours elapsed from the failed arrival without any communication sent to Klabhouse the lease will be automatically rescinded.

El dpto es muy espacioso, con cochera, y se encuentra en una zona de puerto muy linda. Check in y check out super fluido. Los problemas: el wifi no anda dentro del dpto, faltan cosas básicas como jabón, detergente, repasador, papel de cocina y lo principal: el precio anunciado no es el correcto, a eso tenes que sumarle 100 euros más que te cobran al momento del check in.

The flat is very nice (located near the marina which is a very nice/quiet place) with the balcony being is a big plus. The parking underground is also convenient. And the pool that you can access (which is located in another "building" - 5 minutes walk) is also nice. And FYI this a real estate that take care of this flat but they were very welcoming.

The apartment was fantastic, but we are very dissapointed with the service provided by La Perla del Porto. In principle, we pay 80 euros for the cleaning, but the house was not very clean, and the beds were only with the matress. we had to make the beds ourselves. The cupboards were smeally, like not really clean. We had to pay extra 50 euros for the garage key, which was not gicen back to us, as it was impossible to contact Simone, the girl that gave us support. If we wanted to use wifi we had to pay extra. If we wanted to use a/c we had to pay 35 euros extra. All was pay pay pay.. and no good service. The main bedroom matress was terrible, very old and was difficult to rest on it. Corrado hat uns begrüßt und die Abwicklung im perla del porto für unser Appartment gemacht...Danke:) mit dem auto sind wir dann in unser Appartment gebracht angenehmer, kühler Tiefgarage! bitte unbedingt nach dem Balken fragen, die den Schranken dafür öffen...:-) der ist guuuut versteckt... Die Wohnung war ok, nur nicht so liebevoll, sauber und warm wie auf den Bildern... die Grünfläche war leider nur ein Erdboden, was schade für die Gemütlichkeit auf der Terrasse und für die Kinder war... Die Küche ist leider wirklich etwas mager ausgestattet... die Lage am Hafen ist wunderbar und trotzdem ruhig mit angenehemer Atmosphäre....der Pool im Perla del Porto den man mitbenützen darf, ist sehr schön, nicht überlaufen und zu fuß in 2 min erreichbar.....vielen dank!

We had a perfect time at this apartment. It was clean and absolutely the same as in the pictures. A big advantage was the garage and the big balcony. For Swiss conditions there were too little dishes for 5 people, although we just had breakfast at the apartment. Also the toaster and the hairdryer were missing. On our arrival Simone wasn't there but Corrado welcomed us warmly. The communication with Corrado was a little bit tricky, because he was only speaking italian, but Simone answered very fast all the time. We would recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful time in this apartment, in this nice place in this beautiful environment. It is simple but nice and it was very clean. It is in first line to the beautiful little harbor with nice restaurants, a bar and a wonderful stressless atmosphere. The apartment has a garden with furniture and enough space for eating outside with 6 people. And it has a garage! The pool that we were allowed to use is in the beach club "Perla del Porto", 2 minutes close to the apartment. The pool is big, the water was clean all the time (we stayed 2 weeks), and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The stuff there was always friendly and we felt welcome like friends. It was a vacation with Italian people, who enjoyed there free time too. And that was wonderful! A warm and special Thank you to Simona and Corrado!!!
