Studio apartment, breathtaking ocean, hillside, & sunset views. Close to Kata & Karon Beaches. 5 to 10 minute walk to many restaurants and shops. WiFi & cable TV. Large ground floor swimming pool, rooftop pool, fitness room, and free parking. To encourage conservation guests pay the water and electric bills, there is a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning. The cleaning fee is for check out cleaning. It is located on a hill that can be challenging to walk up.

Great views! Lovely place, just the hill is a killer after you’ve walked round all day but other than that it was great.

The place is nice enough, the view from the swimming pool on rooftop is lovely, especially for sunset, and quiet (just missing a bar!!).
Not too far from the beach (10-15 mins) and easy to get a cheap moto rental downstairs and cheap pad Thai.

We charge very low rent. As stated in the description: "To encourage conservation guests pay the water and electric bills, there is a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning." The apartment also has flow though ventilation.
