Hi Ashley, Thank you for your feedback. I was not aware that you took the incorrect room, had you brought it to my attention when I came to check on you; I would have simply told you that your room is across the hall. Comforters were located in the closet, I do not place them on the bed during the 90+ degree summers. The pictures online are an exact reflection of what the room looks like, so that guest know what they are booking. As listed, I'm 10 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown.
While I understand that not every home will be a great match for every guest; in the future you may want to consider looking for a place that suits your decorative taste and location needs more closely.
We as host try to be as transparent and welcoming to our guest as possible, however if we aren't made aware of an issue when it occurs we aren't able to a correct it and offer the most enjoyable experience. If you do continue to use Airbnb I would suggest that you give the host an opportunity to know of concerns immediately and not after check out with a subpar review, because at that point nothing can be done to make you a happy guest.
