This is the middle house of three attached belonging to the Urbanization Guadalmina Playa. The whole urbanization has a unique location connected to culturally protected Roman Bath Ruins at Guadalmina beach.
Entering the house the kitchen is to the right, fully equipped including dish washer, laundry washing machine plus tumble dryer in combination. To the left is a room with a coach which can be used for an extra occasional guest or a maid. The living room has an open connection to the dining area. Large glass sliding doors open up to the large 60 m2 covered terrace with a sitting group of Ketal furniture and a round breakfast/dinner table with some 8 available chairs. The covered terrace is provided with electric steel shutters for protection and security purposes. Next to the stairs to the upper floor is a guest toilet with a shower.
Proceding upstairs there is one bed room with double bed to the left and one to the right. The latter connects to a balcony which stretches along the whole house side. Those two bedrooms have a common bathroom with two sinka, toilet and bath. Further on there is a master bedroom with affiliating large bathroom including two sinka, toilet, bath and shower. This room leads to the balcony on both sides.
The garden facing the street has recently been retiled and protected with a secure wall. An storage house has been built. The pool garden on the other side of the house holds a 20 m2 private pool. One step down from the covered terrace. The whole garden around the pool has been re-tiled with some built in walk over spotlights. A storage house has been built in the far end to protect pool pump and provide storage. There is a fix pool shower.

Guests have of course access to all.
There are many golf courses in the area such as Guadalmina GC, Atalaya GC, Las Brisas, La Quinta, Aloha, and many more.
A number of tennis courts are located only 150 m from the house.
Electricity is included. Guests are, however, requested to always switch off Air Condition when not staying in the room and also generally be aware of the fact that electricity is expensive. Obvious excessive use will therefore be charged extra.
The electric steel shutters on the terrace have to be pulled down when leaving the house for more than an hour.
Smoking indoors is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
