elegant room with private bathroom
Experience the unique charm of the UK’s sunniest (that’s official!) seaside resort. An easy 15 minutes walk or a 5 minute cab ride from the train station Carl and Kevin offer a charming double room with a great view right across the town in their ground floor Victorian villa apartment which has it's own separate private entrance. Located 3 minutes from the seafront in the picturesque Upper Meads area you can easily walk along the promenade to the town centre where on your way you will find Eastbourne’s famous bandstand, the pier, theatres, the Towner Gallery, restaurants, cafes and bars and of course the shopping centre. For the walkers amongst you the start of the South Downs Way up to Beachy Head is 10 minutes in the opposite direction. You will have exclusive use of your own private bathroom with jacuzzi bath and walk in shower and use of the sitting/dining room where a delicious continental breakfast is served each morning. Whether here for a conference, business or simply pleasure we aim to make your stay with us as enjoyable as possible.
At the moment we are only able to offer stays of up to four nights on the instant book facility, if you would like to stay longer please contact us.

The property is located at the seafront end of St John's Road next to a big block of bay windowed flats, it is Westcliffe Court, not Westcliff Mansion.
The entrance to the flat is down a pathway to the right of the building.
We don't offer cooking facilities to our guests, other than that we hate rules - generally speaking we treat everyone with respect and courtesy and expect the same in return.

I am a freelance TV program and film consultant. I live with my long term partner Kevin who is in international film and TV sales. We recently moved to Eastbourne but before that were in Brighton for 13 years and before that central London. We love living by the sea and enjoy all the usual good things in life and travelling whenever we can.
