Hey Andy! Why can you write a review like this? You’re so bad. We served you with a very good services and provided you a lot of information that you required.
- At first, you paid a very good price for 6 people stayed in our apartment. You can’t find a very good offer like our apartment. You just paid more than $75 for 3 bedrooms. Our apartment desiged for 3 bedrooms. I think you can’t find our price in the Sunrise building. You paid less, but you required a lot. And you judged our apartment is 2 bedrooms. You’re totaly wrong with your feedbacks.
- Sencondly, you said you get a trouble with a card. My staff already told you that we have only one card now, because we lost 3 cards from the guests. We have to wait 2 more weeks for some new cards. Next, you said the sercurity didn’t allow you guys go to the apartment, right? It’s totaly wrong. When you guys want to access the apartment, the sercurity will ask you the apartment number. After that, he will video call to the apartment, and you guys just press the “open” on the screen of phone next to the door. The sercurity will allow you guys to access the elevator to go to the apartment, and you don’t need to go down to pick up people. And why did you ask me for the trouble with the sercurity? I didn’t know about your problems.
-Finally, you said our apartment have ants, right? Do you know why is it? This is a rainning season in HCM. If you didn’t clean the apartment well, the ants will come inside the apartment. We always clean the apartment so well before the guests check in. So the apartment has ants are imppossible. And I can make sure the ants stay everywhere in the world.
You have to think everythings before you public your review on Airbnb. It’s too bad, it affects to our business. If you do business, and somebody write a bad thing about you even they’re so nice with you. How do you think?
I’m totaly wrong about you Andy
