The Lounge
This is a grand room in which your group can gather to socialise, or enjoy quiet relaxation. It’s a 'make yourself at home' space with a comfy sofa to sit back on and forget your worries. Pick-up the remote and flick through the channels on the large, smart, flat screen TV which includes access to Netflix and on-demand channels. There’s a great view of the garden to cherish in here too, and if the weather’s set fair, watching the sun set is an enjoyable experience.

The Kitchen
Modern countertops, cabinets and appliances combine to make this a great space for everyone to gather and help prepare snacks and meals. There’s an oven, stovetop and plenty of storage space for your favourite foods. Plus you get a dishwasher so there’s no need to worry about the washing-up. Also here, a washing machine, so for guests booking longer term stays, taking care of the laundry is easy.

The 4 Bedrooms
The quartet of bedrooms are spacious, with one located on the ground floor for easier access for less able guests, including guests in wheelchairs. The first floor has another large double bedroom with the final two bedrooms on the top floor. One is the master bedroom with an ensuite, the other a room with two single beds which is ideal for any children in your group.

The 3 Bathrooms
The family bathroom is on the second floor and features a bath tub and shower, so guests can choose how to freshen-up. Take a shower if you're in a hurry, or relax in a tub of bubbles if you've got time on your hands. The master bedroom has an ensuite, and there's a third WC on the ground floor too.

Coronavirus (CoVid19) - Our Fervent Measures At the time of writing, there have only been two confirmed cases in the Bournemouth area. None of which have any connection with our serviced accommodation properties, related staff members or any person connected with. We take the safety of our customers extremely seriously. We are a highly professional serviced accommodation operator with the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. We have taken the following further steps to ensure the maximum possible practical protection. It has been shown that Dettol based cleaning products are one of the most effective antibacterial disinfectants that kill the human strain of Coronavirus. We have now ensured that Dettol is our mandatory cleaning product that must be used by all members of staff when cleaning our properties. As a second measure of defence, we also use a Dettol mist product which is sprayed over all fabrics and surfaces. Our linen will continue to be washed on an intensive hot wash, tumble dried and ironed before being put into a clean, disinfected linen bag. All staff members entering our properties have received a full briefing on our further protective measures including the use of hand sanitisers, protective gloves and clothing. All surfaces that would expect any hand traffic are thoroughly cleaned with the antibacterial Dettol products as standard. Our dedicated team of staff have all had a full briefing to implement these further measures and are fully aware of their responsibilities should they show any flu symptoms. These enhanced hygiene standards and measures have culminated in cleaning times being extended by 1 to 2 hours plus for every property. Our customer experience and safety are and always have been at the forefront of our mind. Please be assured that we have done and are doing everything possible to deliver the highest level of protection to you our customers and will continue to do so. It is our absolute belief that your stay in our property will be many times safer and cleaner than a hotel or any other place where more people will frequent. Should you have any queries, we are open 6 days a week so please contact the office: Monday – Friday between 8.30am-6.30pm and 9.00am-6.00pm on Saturdays. Bank holiday opening times may vary. An emergency out of hours mobile is provided in a PDF document attached to your booking confirmation email.

We operate a self-check-in service to give our guests more flexibility. Closer to your arrival date an email will be sent to you detailing the location and code of the key box to enter the property.

Once you have entered the property a welcome booklet will be present on the ground floor hallway, this will provide full instructions on the workings of the TV/kitchen appliances etc. together with any other services you may require in order to make your stay a perfect one.
