This modern fully furnished 1654 sq.ft., four bedroom, two bath luxury home caters to adults interested in a luxury space close to downtown SLC, UT. It is located on the middle floor of a three story twin home on Capitol Hill just six blocks from downtown Salt Lake City. The home is spacious, has an open floor plan, commercial grade kitchen, wonderful views of the Great Salt Lake and Salt Lake Valley from the balcony, and . It is situated on a quiet dead-end street, just north of the Utah State Capitol building in Salt Lake City's Avenues/Capitol Hill District.
With a king bed in the master suite, a queen in the second bedroom, a full in the third, a queen in the fourth bedroom, it sleeps up to 8 in the existing beds when sharing beds. A full size sofa sleeper is available in the living room upon request. It is a padded leatherette click clack. The lounge in the master bedroom lifts for storage and we can have fresh bedding there for you. Just let us know. Extra twin beds can be set up for a one-time fee per stay to accommodate up to 14 (all guests must be declared). It will be a bit cozy with maximum accommodations.
In 2008 new hardwood floors were installed along with a brand new kitchen featuring a professional 6 burner gas stove, double wall oven, reverse osmosis drinking water and ice system, granite counter tops, soft water, cabinets with interior lighting, surround sound speaker system in front room, a 60" smart tv. Recently, we we have added new mattresses to some of the rooms, added new pillows, sheets, towels, new he washer and dryer set, new barbecue, some new chairs, and lots of high quality servingware for special dinners.
All animals must be declared/approved prior to stay. The floors are birch which is a bit soft for our beloved furry friends' claws.
Service animals are defined as an animal that has been trained to perform a specific task for a medical need. Animals for emotional wellness do not meet the definition for Service animals in Utah.

Long-term rental includes all furnishings, kitchenware, dinnerware, linens, HDTV with the highest package of channels plus movie channels, and the highest speed WiFi available for the area. Please inquire for details.

Only the number of guests listed approved may occupy the property. Additional guests may be approved prior to your stay or even during your stay.
All animals must be approved prior to allowing on/in property.
Taxes are not required for stays of 30 or more nights.
No smoking or E-cigarettes are allowed in the home or anywhere on the grounds to the home.
Check-in after 5:00 pm, check-out before 10:00 am, we may be able to offer earlier check-in times, please inquire if needed.
No refunds will be made for late check-ins or early check-outs.
Late check-outs may require booking an additional night or additional cleaning fee.

The total number of persons who will be occupying the property must be declared prior to booking.
Pets are only allowed with prior approval. Pet-owners must comply with local Animal Control Ordinances (copies provided).
Pets must not become a nuisance for the neighbors or left inside the home unattended for extended periods, and must be accompanied when outside the home.
No smoking or E-cigarettes are allowed in the home or within 25 feet from the home.
