Quiet, Family Friendly, well connected to NYC via public transport as well as major North Jersey malls through Route 4. Excellent market place behind the apartment complex. The neighborhood is very bike and walk friendly.

Commuting to NYC is super convenient through the 153 Express bus or 159R bus services that start from right outside the apartment complex. NYC is also accessible by the GW Bridge bike path leading up to the 179th street subway stop. Save money and have peace of mind by living here!

My wife & I are moving out of state and looking for a responsible tenant to take over our lease for 5-6 months with renewal option. Apartment is available as of April 15th. Our lease goes until Octob. After that point you may arrange a new lease with the rental company (Bozzuto Management Leasing office located right on premises).

After that you have the option to renew for full year lease. Parking space is included in the monthly rental. A $500 deposit will be reimbursed to us as it has already been paid by us to the management. We have paid the amenity fee for you so you can use the Gym, Pool, facilities etc for free!!

Love to travel...want to explore as much as possible of our little big planet. I believe in being careful and aware as well as seeking comfort in the notion of overall goodness of humanity. I live in the NYC area in the USA and have a day job as a Category Manager and am also a part time (non-performing yet) musician. I am working on my album and hope that someday it will see the light of the day and be played in homes and ipods of fans all over the world.

My favorite movies are Babel, There will be Blood, Enternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, FIght Club, Biutiful, Elite Squad, Cidade de Deus, Inception, Snatch (amongst many others that are too many to enlist)

My Favorite Books are: The girl with the dragon Tattoo, Satanic Verses, 11/22/63, The Help.

Favorite Music: ahhh this list is going to be long. But in a nutshell, OSI, Imogen Heap, Chroma Key, Opeth, Dream Theater, Messhuggah, Freak Kitchen, Tribal Tech, John Patitucci, Miles Davis, Chopin, Brahms, Rachmaninov, Bach, Haken, Death Cab for Cutie, Dido, Steve Vai, Steve Morse...and it could go on for another 20 lines.

As a guest I am very careful and very respectful of the host's home and their setup. I will try my best to leave the place just as I receive it. I believe in having my private space and in turn also respect the host's space in case I am staying in a shared accommodation, I have an OCD about cleanliness so the room and things and everything about my stay is centered around cleanliness and keeping things in order. My style of travelling is not too light but not too heavy...I guess just right. I haven't hosted as yet so I am not sure what to write about on that end.

My dream travel destinations are Iceland, South Africa, New Zealand, Japan, Australia, France, Holland, Alaska.
