Hello, Khaoula! Thank you for the review. We´re really sorry that you felt disappointed. We´re also disappointed that you gave us no chance to help you with the issues you mentioned. The problem with flies and mosquitoes could have been solved just in 10 minutes, as in each property we have repellent sprays for the purpose. We weren´t informed about any of the issue you listed during your stay. We always ask our guests about their stay right after their arrival and couple of times later. We try to make it as clear as possible that we´re open for any complaints and would be really happy to help. Because we really care. We´re extremely sorry that communication didn´t go well and you didn´t express your disappointment earlier when we were able to help. As we see it the problem was mostly about communication, not the property.
