CHANGES & REFUND POLICY:
A change in the booking will incur an administration fee of $50. If the change occurs more than 21 nights prior to arrival then if the change results in a cost reduction then 50% of the change will be refunded. If the change happens within 21 nights of arrival then a refund is not available.
50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees for cancellation.
If in the event of a disaster and the apartment cannot be used, a full refund will be made.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most you will respect our property and but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions:
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Your stay is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in additional payments.
Guests must keep noise to a reasonable level at all times, in conformity with the residential amenity of the property and community, in particular, between 10 pm and 8am. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of stay.
Guests must notify the Manager of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as is practicable.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, the balconies and the building. Smoking in the apartment will incur an additional cleaning cost.
Guests must be responsible for their visitors and ensure that visitors comply with the House Rules.
Guests are strictly not allowed to sub-let.
Guests must comply with parking regulations and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles.
Try not to waste water and switch off lights and air conditioning whenever you leave the property. Close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.
Strictly no drugs or illegal activities are permitted on the premises.
Guests must refrain from engaging in any drunken, obscene or antisocial behavior.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the guests' responsibility during their stay and we trust that guests will report to management as soon as possible.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Please empty food and drinks from the kitchen, cupboards and refrigerator and wash all dirty dishes. When additional cleaning and removal of garbage is required, an additional cleaning cost will be levied.
You are free to use the umbrella in the apartment however the umbrella cost $25 if lost or damaged.
Check-out time is 10am to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
