Newly updated Townhouse in the Sunpath Complex. This 650 sq. ft. south facing corner unit in the heart of Village North is steps away from everything you need for a great Whistler vacation. Best of all, it's peacefully quiet and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the street!

Leave your car in the free underground parking lot, relax and enjoy your stay. At 44 Sunpath, you are only a 12-minute walk to both Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas (or take a short free shuttle ride from just outside the door). You have the Market Place for all your shopping needs with in steps, and are across the street from the Olympic Plaza, and its new free Ice skating rink. Stroll the village with all its great restaurants and cafes including Quattro, Splitz Grill, Hy's Steakhouse, Starbucks, Blenz, and many more just outside your door.

The unit sleeps 4 people comfortably (king size split bed in the bedroom, double and single in the living room) - but can accommodate 5, and is equipped with full size kitchen appliances, in suite washer/dryer, LCD HDTV and DVD player in both the living room and bedroom and a gas fireplace! After a day of skiing or strolling the village, come home to your cozy apartment, unwind in the hot tub and pool just outside your door, and enjoy dinner either at one of the restaurants, or BBQ on your own private patio.

I have also placed some DVD's by the TV, as there is nowhere to to rent DVD's in Whistler anymore! So you can curl up by the fireplace and watch a movie (some for the kids too!)

Gated reserved parking below the complex - access in and out via fob - upon arrival, please park your car in the temporary visitor parking, unload your car and check in into unit - once there, you can see the fob for access to the parking lot - DO NOT leave fob in the car as you need it for access back to parking lot and to hot tub - upon departure, please make sure to RETURN fob to the unit ( you will need to move your car to the visitor parking are for loading and return fob to unit - thank you.

I am rarely there to welcome guests, but am always available by email or phone, and happy to help anyway I can. I do have a local management team that will attend to emergencies or queries though.

Nous avons passé quatre nuits chez Farnaz en avril et se fut des plus agréable. A quelques minutes de la place central facile d'accès iga et liquor store a deux pas. On peu facile se rendre au gondole avec nos skis. Le condo était propre et confortable il n 'y manquait rien.

Great location near Main street in Whistler Village yet in back of complex so quiet. Hot tub and pool nice, condo is well kept, comfortable, and has a well equipped kitchen with BBQ on patio. Best for two but we had a 3rd adult for part of stay and it worked fine using sofa bed.

The unit was in a great location- the north village was across the street, and it was a short walk to the Whistler & Blackcomb gondolas. It was the perfect size for my husband and myself, but it would have been a bit tight with a third adult since there's not a lot of extra space for big luggage bags. We loved the hot tub being so close to the unit. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

I would highly recommend this home for your stay. It offered a great value. It was a nice complex that is a short walk to the lifts. We walked in ski boots everyday and had no problem.

Had a fantastic stay - 10/10 would recommend and stay here again! Excellent communication with both Farnaz and the property management company prior to arrival and check in / out was a breeze. Not needing a key for the electronic door lock was a plus as well! Unit was very clean and the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked for a rental. Some people here have mentioned noise due to the proximity of the pool / hot tub, but I didn't notice any during my stay ... probably depends more on who is using the pool than the actual location of the condo. For me, on this trip, it was a nonissue. Perfect location, walkable to the lifts and village. Thanks again!!

I had a great stay with Farnaz's flat during my stay in Whistler. It is conveniently located at lower village with walking distance to the Town Village and grocery store. Instructions are very clear from the management team and easy to gain access to the car park and the apt. The highlight of my stay was the doorstep to the hot Jacuzzi just outside the apt.

Farnaz was easy to communicate with, and responds quickly to messages. Her home is extremely central and close to all best attractions. We totally enjoyed the use of the hot tub after a long day walking and hiking about. The space is quaint and clean. We would definitely use this listing again in our travels to Whistler.

After many years of driving up and discovering the various gems the city has to offer, I finally found the perfect spot for me in Whistler - and thought I would share it with others so they can enjoy everything I love about the place too.

I am a professional, currently working for a crown agency - but in another life, I'd love to travel for a living:) I have lived in Europe, Middle East and North America, and traveled extensively through Europe - been to Chile, Bali, Australia and China, and look forward to more travel. I am a foodie, love learning about different cultures, their cuisine and their language.

I am passionate about the mountains: I like to hike them, ski them, breath in the fresh mountain air, ... and share them with other enthusiasts
