A spacious and smart 2 bedroom flat in the best location in central Cannes. French doors open onto a balcony which wraps around the apartment overlooking the main square and famous harbour of Cannes. Next to the walking street Rue Meynadier where you are spoilt for choice in restaurants, cafes and shops. It has 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open-plan kitchen, dining and living space.

The flat is on the first floor of a gorgeous, renovated, old-style building overlooking the sea and the old port. The apartment includes a good-sized dining and living room with beautiful views, an open kitchen/bar that comes with all appliances, as well as two bathrooms - one with a bath tub and the other with a shower. There are two large double bedrooms each with two single beds.

You will have the whole apartment to yourselves which is in a building that consists of three apartments only: Citilet Louie Blanc 1 (first floor), 2 (second floor) and 3 (duplex apartment on 3/4 floor together). Access is via a main door on Rue Meynadier that has a buzzer to each apartment.

We aim to give the guests all the privacy they want. If there is a problem, my colleague Cathy who lives in Cannes is just a few minutes away. Cathy is the person who meets guests on arrival, handing over the keys and introducing the apartments. Cathy speaks English, French and Italian.
A leisurely stroll across the square with cafes and markets will take you to the Festival Palace and the Croisette where you can take your pick from a dozen beach restaurants, or simply buy a sandwich or ice-cream from many a food stand to eat on the beach while soaking up the Mediterranean sun and refreshing sea breeze.
Dine in the adjacent famous seafood restaurant Astoux Et Brun à Cannes or even order up a plate of delicious, fresh shellfish to eat on the balcony in the sunshine. Further cafes and restaurants surround the apartment offering all sorts of choices from traditional French cuisine, Italian and Japanese. You are of course spoilt for choice in bakeries along Rue Meynadier offering the essential French baguette and croissants for breakfast as well as out-of-this-world patisseries.
Alternatively walk along the old port to the ferry terminal where a 15 minute boat ride takes you to Île Sainte-Marguerite or trips can be taken to other towns on the Côte d’Azur such as Monaco or Saint Tropez. Just beyond the terminal, public beaches stretch forever along the Boulevard Midi Louise Moreau lined with cafes where you can play beach volley, hire a jet ski or simply have a dip. Or if shopping is your desire, wander along the Rue D’Antibes
Behind the apartment is Le Suquet, the old quarter of Cannes with the winding, cobbled, restaurant-lined Rue St Antoine at the top of which is the clock tower and church. At the bottom is the Marché Forville, where a lavish fruit and vegetable market is held daily in the mornings and early afternoon.

The flat is 300m from the bus depot - busses run directly to Nice and Nice airport, amongst other towns - and is a 10 min walk to the train station. Two underground public parking areas are in the near vicinity - Pantiero (under the harbour) and Ferrage (behind Forville Market). Parking can be booked online, for example on inter-parking France, or by calling the Cannes Tourist Information.
The cleaning fee includes fresh linen and towels on arrival as well as the departure clean.
We can often accommodate different arrival times. This just depends on how busy we are.
Late arrivals after 9pm will incur an additional fee - €30-60 depending on the lateness.
If staying more than a week it is obligatory to pay for a mid-clean (€50) and a linen change (€15 per person per change depending on the season).
Small pets are welcome but are not allowed on the furniture. A €100 deposit is taken in case any additional, deep cleaning is necessary.
For major Festivals - MIPIM, MIPTV, FIF, MIDEM, LIONS, TAX FREE, MIPCOM, MAPIC - we can provide daily cleaning and additional services such as catering (for an extra fee). Please enquire about this prior to booking.
