Our cozy and inviting one bedroom townhome with great views has a true cabin house feeling! It comfortably fits 3 to 5 guests and is located on a quiet street. It is 15 minutes away from the Central Business District of Baguio City. Best for small families or groups of friends (with cars or those who do not mind a good exercise - a.k.a. long walks).
(NOTE: I may not reply immediately because my work takes me out of town/country. Send me a text! Check the last pic in photo section. Thanks!)
The space is a 40sqm (5x8m) townhouse with three floors - first floor (basement) is ground level mostly made of soil with a side garden; second floor (living area) is where you'll find the living and dining rooms as well as the toilet and bath - and soon, a BALCONY overlooking the river and mini-forest beside the house; and third floor (attic) is the only bedroom in the home.
The townhouse has a living and dining area, a kitchen (complete with refrigerator, stove, rice cooker, blender, coffeemaker, water boiler and washing machine-in case you need to do laundry), a bathroom (with hot shower) and an attic with one queen-sized bed, 1 single sofa bed, 1 queen-sized foam floor mattress, and a bassinet/rocker for babies. Television sets - LED and CRT - are available on both 2nd and 3rd floors; DVD available in the 3rd floor.
Perfect for small families or a group of friends.

My family and I are currently based in Manila so we will not be able to welcome guests personally as much as we want to. However, the property's caretaker, Dang, will welcome you and cater to all of your needs. We will coordinate with guests throughout their trip to make sure they are comfortable and well taken care of. Guests can contact us through our mobile numbers and email addresses if any needs arise.
Rate is per head per night to rent the whole house. Solo travellers are more than welcome to book!
The house is situated 10 minutes away from Camp John Hay and 15 minutes away from Baguio's city center by car. Jeepney lines pass by the subdivision gate, which will take you to town. Taxi cabs can be hailed from inside the subdivision but rarely to they go inside the subdivision because of the strict security. Taxi service will be referred, just indicate during reservation. Guests may also use Grab or Uber app to get a cab.
Expect to climb and go down a flight of stairs to access the house. Likewise, roads in the subdivision generally have a steep slope, which is perfect for morning exercises but not advisable for people who are differently-abled and are already experiencing severe knee and leg aches and pains.
Baguio City rations its water supply. Water from the tap and shower are available only from 5AM to 10AM and 5PM to 10PM - it is advisable to use the hot shower at these times because it runs on water pressure. This should not be a problem if you plan to go sightseeing the whole day.
WiFi is available upon request. Guests can connect to the internet through a prepaid pocket WiFi device. Guests will be given a complimentary load worth PHP100 if specifically requested. Guests may reload it for further usage.
Please take note that Smart, Sun and Talk n Text doesn't have ample cellphone signal in the area particularly inside the house but Globe and TM does. So remember to take your Globe/TM phone with you. :)
Because it's a townhouse, expect to have neighbors living close by. They are very friendly and will respect your privacy. As such, kindly keep the noise down from 10PM onwards.
Currently, the house is undergoing minor renovations (which is on a standstill; so, no worries as there won't be any loud construction noise) to improve the house's facade and add a balcony overlooking the river and lush foliage of a mini forest beside the house (forthcoming guests should look forward to this), which will be great for morning coffee or evening chats with loved ones. Also, the toilet flush is still an issue but rest assured that we are already doing something about this.
1. Pets allowed but only outside of the house. Kindly bring your own kennels.
2. Use of illegal substances inside the house is strictly prohibited. Guests in suspicion of using illegal drugs will be asked to vacate the premises and will be reported to the authorities immediately.
