Thanks for your compliment to me I appreciate it and as i told you many times we, the family, are always here to help you, but this one specially i will fully take it to me because it wasn’t easy to deal with you.
Saying this let’s talk about the windows and shades in it... i texted you 4/5 times about the security lock in the shades and explained, both in English and Italian, how to unlock it, it’s super easy as all the other guests experienced, but since you can’t deal with that I offered myself to go to the apartment and open it for you, and what was your answer?.... “ please Luis i am taking a nap so don’t bored me “, after that total silence and here we are in the review. So, to the regular and polite people that are reading my answer: the windows and the shadows aren’t broken, they work perfectly and i bet you don’t need a draw to open it as Stefania need it! ;)
About the price you paid i will not comment much since i put a minimum price to earn in both houses we have, already the low season price, and the airbnb app system automatically put prices up or down considering the house, location, amenities, reviews and availability of the city and with a 92%occupation rate i consider that we are doing a great job with price. But you choose the Web Summit week to come to Lisbon... i am sorry if you didn’t check Lisbon events before you book your trip but this one made the app charge high season price in November because the city is fully booked, and trust me you paid less because you booked weeks before, because in my own house the guest payed much more in a last minute booking and guess what?... 5 starts review in the price in a equal apartment in the same building in the 3rd floor without lift... Why’s that comparing to your 1 star? Because they are coming to web summit and realized that the house worth the value compared to others this specific week specially because the location... and I didn’t pick them up at the airport for free as i did to you because i wasn't in Lisbon at the time and I couldn’t treat them as well as i did to you and i always do if i can...Think about it my dear and next time you planned to visit a city check if nothing happens in the city you go ;)
Anyway, I could answer you a standard “thanks for your review, every thing is important to improve our work” but i am a Human and a Portuguese one, so when someone is incorrect or imprecise or rude analyzing my work or talking with me i had to stand up for what I believe and for what i have prove and proud that works, as you can see you were the one rating us below 4stars even after i sended you maps to your Yoga sessions near the house and more than 200txt we change before your arrival and during your stay... and between two houses and more than 50guests I think numbers speaks louder than me and with more precision than you ;)
I wish you all the best Stefania and a big kiss for Italy wich i love so much after road trip it twice in about 2 months... and despite our Mediterranean mood sometimes, i love the way both countries speaks their mind when someone is incorrect and then sleep nicely and with a fulfilled heart!
