The Manor Potter-Stuart is one of the rare estates registered as historical monument by the City of Montreal. It is the oldest house of Upper-Outremont, on the hills of the Mont-Royal park, combining the quietness of a large property of 13 000 square feet and the proximity of the most vibrant neighbourhood of Montreal. Close to the city center: 10 minutes by bus round the Mont-Royal park. There is 3400 square feet of living space in the manor. It welcomes ten people comfortably. Great gardens.
