There are two bedrooms with queen beds and down comforters, a bath with double sinks, a large sitting room with flat screen TV and DVD, a kitchenette (not a full kitchen) equipped for preparing light refreshments with refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and coffee pot, espresso maker, but NO STOVE. Tea, locally roasted coffee, a bottle of wine, spring water. Let me know if you have special needs and I'll try to accommodate them.
There is a private deck for your use only, right outside your door.
You'll find a bottle of wine, freshly roasted Shenendoah Joe's coffee, tea, cream and sugar when you come and if you want me to lay in any other continental breakfast basics just let me know.

After raising 3 children, serving as a legislative aide and running a catering business I've for the past 20-plus years been a residential Realtor. I grew up in the midwest, graduated from The University of Wisconsin-Madison with an economics major and journalism minor, both of which have been useful in my various career endeavors. Charlottesville, with its many arts and cultural opportunities and eclectic population has become the place I want to be. I live, within walking distance of the University of Virginia with my her dog Bo whose breed is "holy Terrier Benji Mix" and whose last residence was the local animal shelter.
