We appreciate all guest feedback. In the description of our rooms we clearly state that the historic Hotel was built in 1910 and that our rooms are of that vintage era, small but comfortable. They are clean and well appointed. I do appreciate the fact that the doors can be noisy. However, should you have a problem you have my phone number, I am in my office at the main level of the building during the day and we have wine stewards available every night until 10 pm to resolve your issues, you simply needed to say something. A hotel guide is in every room and at the base of the stairs. Also, the listing clearly states that this room shares a bath. At Aerial, we try to provide unique, comfortable lodging located in the center of Dillon, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and many cultural activities. We have many guests that return frequently to the Aerial because they love the feel of our building and rooms. And finally, the only contact I received from you was to cancel your last night, which I did in a quick manner with a full refund. At no time did you express discontent with your room. Quite frankly, I am disappointed that you would leave such a poor review without letting us know there was an issue. That's not how this community works.
