Le logement
L'apartement d'environ 120 mètres carrés se compose d'une entrée, d'une salle à manger très spacieuse avec une vaste librerie, tv, sterèo, dvd, internet wifi, deux chambres doubles, une cuisine où on peut aussi manger avec tous les conforts. Il ya aussi une toilette (wc, lavabo et bidet) et une salle de bains complète avec baignoire/douche.
L'incroyable terrace double privée qui regarde au dessus du Pont de Rialto d'un coté et de l'autre vers la Place San Marco avec vue panoramique sur toute la ville a acces direct dès l'appartement et est la typique terrace venitienne en bois appellée Altana.

Altana Albachiara is so called for the bright sunrises over Venice that you can watch from here: this special name describes how beloved it was by me when it used to be my primary house before I moved and started renting it as a really special home in a special location for special guests, of who I will take care of hoping they will enjoy it as much as I did.
Bollicine Sparkling Apartment is the other sweet home away from home that I rent in the residential yet central San Polo district, always treated with love as it is the place where I lived with my family in the last years.
Incredibile Romantica is the newly added apartment of my property next to San Polo Square: restored in 2016 making a special effort to keep the original features such as the typical Venitian terrazzo floors and the authentic exposed beams and providing all modern facilities for an enjoyable stay.
And finally March 2019 we have completed the last part of the property, a charming and stylish apartment with canal views always in the central San Polo, restored with fine finishes and offering all modern conforts. It's in this relaxing and elegant atmosphere that will start Your Fairytale in Venice!
