Next to the main living room, the kitchen is fully equiped with all you may need. The main living room ushers you to the second living room decorated according to the easterns style!A wooden stair leads you to the attic, that has a semidouble bed, library, desk and occasional tables, a large balcony with impressive view of the sea and a private bathroom! At the basement there are two big bedrooms with double beds and bathroom and balconies. There is also one more bedroom with two single beds and private bathroom! Charamida bay is located just 10km.from the airport of Mytilene and 5 km.from Loutra village.Loutra is a picturesque village with industrial stone building of the 19th century and a beautiful square, along with folklore and great spiritual tradition. Τhe village can provide you with whatever you possibly need: freshly-baked morning bread, a seven-day week mini market (12 hours per day) and many cafes serving traditional alcohol drinks and “meze” (small dishes of local cuisine). There is also a famous ouzo distillery, which you can visit and buy the famous local drink and a Women cooperative where you can buy traditional lolcal products, such as yoghurt, milk, cheese, sweets and soaps! At Loutra also there is the “Minor Asia memory museum”and an oil press where you can buy extra virgin olive oil. Also just in our villa's area there are many restaurants with local cuisine and spirits and beach of Charamida, organised with beach bars , umbrellas and sunbeds. Moreover 3km.away is the Agios Ermogenis beach.Ermogenis is a beautiful cove with clear turquoise waters, a rocky shore, a white church and vivid blue paint details on adjacent buildings that create a scene reminiscent of the Cyclades. There are two small south facing beaches, separated by a rocky outcrop. You can park at the roadside under the trees, or drive down a short dirt track to a car park and here is a fish taverna with a shady terrace overlooking the glistening sea and a small fishing jetty. The iconic little church is a short walk away and its walls provide a shady picnic spot as well as further panoramic views. It is worth a look inside – there are modern paintings of saints and a fresco on the interior of the high dome.
The house is fully equipped with bed-linen and kitchen utensils along with some primary necessities, such as coffee, sugar, olive oil and spices.
Of course you can be supplied with whatever you may need after you have been in contact with us.
We can inform you about excursions and activities on request, in one of the most beautiful islands of the Aegean, Lesvos.

Lesvos is the third-largest island, after Crete and Evia, and has a picturesque and constantly changing scenery. To the west, the lunar-like plains give way to the long sandy beaches and salt marshes in the centre of the island, while in the east side dominate ever green forested mountains and thick olive groves.[around 11 million live trees.]

The town capital, Mytilini, is a vivid port which abounds in both ouzeris and nightlife. The island’s accommodation is adequate and satisfactory enough, while the north coast town of Molyvos [Mythimna] with its much obliging treat, promises to meet every visitor’s expectations. Its old quaint and traditional houses stacked and pinned on winding lanes overlooking the sea, seem to have just popped out of a fairy tale. Lesvos also takes pride in its cultural attractions which vary from contemporary museums to Byzantine monasteries.

Lesvos is surely one of the most prosperous Greek islands thanks to both its touristic appeal and its local olive-oil production. These two assets along with its ouzo and wine produce make the island particularly famous worldwide.

The endless opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling and birdwatching surely make Lesvos popular with nature lovers. Its therapeutic and relaxing hot springs are also something that Lesvos is proud of.

The island of Lesvos has also to show a huge cultural legacy which dates back from the 7th century until nowadays. The musical composer Terpander, the poet Arion along with the Nobel Prize-winning poet Odysseas Elytis and primitive painter Theofilos are all of them indigenous personalities. The prominent philosophers Aristotle and Epicurus also used to have an academy here in Lesvos. However, Sappho seems to be the most distinguished Lesbian figure which, in turn, entrances and finally leads lesbians from all over the world to Scala Eressou, her seaside hometown, to the west of Lesvos.[630 B.C]

Lesvos never sleeps and that is because of the incessant life all year round which is instilled not only by the island’s nature, but also by its university students who literally inundate the island while they enjoy a top quality education in University of Aegean.

This place is perfect for everyone.... The site description was more than accurate! Thania and Toula did everything possible to ensure our stay is relaxing and unforgettable. This big house is very well equipped and has everything. The kitchen with anything someone could need, bathrooms full of clean towels, air conditioned clean rooms. Privacy was secured and the front veranda was the most relaxing place with outstanding sea view. The huge garden was also perfect...the fresh fruits and vegetables were the best ingredients for our breakfast and lunch (greats figs and salads)! The sea was 30 seconds walking distance!! The capital of the island was close as well, so we could break our relaxation at any time. The house was the perfect starting point for any excursions to the island, but that is not what made the difference..... The best part of the trip was our acquaintance with the owners. They were more than helpful, more than adorable, more than the best hosts ever (although they were not staying there). Last evening, we had dinner together in the greek taverna next to the house, "Kirios Panagiotis and Kiria Maria", which has amazing food. Thank you very very much for everything and especially for making us feel like home!! Will come back and see you soon for sure! Cristina & Nikos

Firstly, the description was not accurate. We were not informed that our hosts would be living right underneath us in a basement apartment, nor that we would be actually putting them out of their home! The owner not only tried to charge us for using the heat (we had 3 elderly people in our group), but she didn't want to turn on the hot water for us and she taped numerous cupboards and closets shut, so we had extremely limited cooking facilities, no extra towels and sheets(we were there 11 nights!). When she burst into tears twice talking to us that first day, because she really did Not want us staying there, it really set a bad tone for our visit there! She policed us day and night and we really did not want to talk about it to Thania in front of Tulla the owner as we were afraid to upset her even more. We actually ended up feeling sorry for Tulla and buying her new kitchen equipment, so her next guests would not have to go through our experience. We paid a lot of money to rent a house for ourselves and our family, not to throw someone out of their home and be monitored night and day by the folks downstairs! So we truly feel that you misrepresented the property on your website.

Dear Daniel, i was very sad to read your comments for many reasons. FIrst of all you bought the coffee maker because you had broke ours! Also i contact you more than two times by phone and by mail, and you never told me anything you were all the time telling me that everything is great etc etc. Also i never wrote that the owners will be somewhere else, there is another appartment at the house complex, where other guests also can stay. FOr the heat once the owner told you and after contacting me (where i explained her that we dont charge it) she never mentioned it again. I also apologise to your wife for the heat misunderstuding on the phone immediatelly when i found out about that. The kitchen equipment is being put there by me, and is more than enough for 8 people, more than the house's capacity. So for the wooden bread cutter you bought there were two already at the cupboard. Believe me, writing at the private comments that the house was beautiful and the locaiton great and at the public comment this almost untrue text makes me feel very dissapointed. Mrs.Tulla the landlord will advice her lawyer for your public offensive and totally fake (as she claimed) comments.I wish we could solve everything all those times i was calling you. I ll try to solve it with airbnb also.

To describe this place as 'amazing' is not quite right - a 'little slice of heaven' is better. A wonderful house with everything one needs - comfortable, spotless, good amenities - situated overlooking the Aegean. We spent all our evenings on the wide verandah watching first the ships and boats and yachts, and then when it got dark, the stars and planes and satellites. Just below the property one can eat the best Greek food on the planet. Maria snr cooks up a wide variety of dishes perfectly, her daughter in law takes the orders, son serves and her husband clears. Meanwhile, Maria jnr welcomes and smiles - she is only 2 1/2! The beach is rocky so bring some swimming shoes to venture comfortably into the warm crystal clear waters of Caramida Bay. A perfect place in a perfect location.
