Thanks for your review and sorry that you were very concerned about ONLY hot tub and nothing else! as I said I wish you had mentioned it to me before your check in and I would definitely inform you, as things happen out of your control, and I’m sorry that you found my expression Rude, as after you called me on my cell phone and I explained the situation and apologized, again in less than 2 minutes you sent me a text and said you would give me a bad review just because of Jacuzzi and pool not be heated!! So, I just said; it’s a house not a hotel and we are at the end of October, so not all the houses have heated pool and I totally agree with jacuzzi being hot but unfortunately it’s broken! So I sent my husband Allen (we are both owners!) on Saturday (weekend) hoping he can fix it.
Anyway thanks for your stay and sorry for your inconvenience, and it’s the first time we experienced such a problem with a guest and now Jacuzzi is working fine as I promised to fix it ASAP.
