Our guest house is a ten minute walk to the wonderful Rehoboth beach. With 3 bedrooms, 2 newly-renovated full baths, sun porch & a large back yard -- it's a magical, relaxing space. From June through August, weekly rentals only.
The house in a quiet neighborhood, located within easy walking distance of "downtown" Rehoboth and, of course, the beach (six blocks to the ocean). There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (recently renovated); a sun room/dining room with floor to ceiling windows; living room and kitchen; and a rear deck with a private outdoor shower, a dining table with umbrella, lounge chairs, and a gas grill. It’s got a large back yard with a lawn and some shady trees.
The house has wireless internet, TV (with capacity to watch from your own Netflix, Amazon etc account through DirectTV), a Wii and central AC. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, washer and dryer, towels and paper goods.
The house comes with sheets and towels (including beach towels). BUT YOU NEED TO BUDGET TIME BEFORE YOU CHECK-OUT TO WASH THE SHEETS AND TOWELS. OR you can pay a fee of $50 for the cleaning folks to do the laundry. If you know you want the laundry option, I can add it to the Airbnb fee ahead of time. Otherwise, you can leave cash for the cleaning folks the day you leave and take an earlier check-out time of 11 am. If you do that, you will need to text me with that information.
There’s a shed with beach chairs and other beach goodies. There are 2 town-issued parking permits that are needed from Memorial Day to Labor Day, as well as parking for one car in the driveway and off-street parking.
Pets are not usually accepted.

There is a hot tub on the deck. However, I have priced the house as if it does not have a hot tub, because sometimes it is fickle and I feel super bad when someone has booked the house for the hot tub and then it doesn't work. It usually does work, however, so please enjoy it during those times.
There is a pool located at the contiguous house (where I live) that is NOT part of the rental. Because there is not a fence between the houses, I do not accept families with children between the ages of 2 and 6 between mid-May to mid-Sept when the pool is open.

We live in a house contiguous to this guest house, but we are usually working!
Most people tend to use the TV for watching movies and shows through their own Netflix, Amazon etc accounts. Guests can do that through a Chromecast application that is downloaded onto their phone, tablet or computer.
1) No smoking in the house
2) Please respect the neighbors and keep the noise level down.
3) Wash off all sand with the outdoor hose or faucet before going into the house or the hot tub.
5) Return the parking permit(s) and the key.
I live in Washington, DC; I am a Commissioner with the EEOC; I'm basically a quiet type of gal who likes to read, work, and walk. I've used Airbnb on my travels and I love it.
