Dear Melisa, I'm glad to hear you found my availability to be satisfying.
In the kitchen there is an electric stove top, you probably didnt see it since it is in the kitchen cabinet and since you werent cooking - you werent looking :)
As for the boiler - since Israel is such a warm country, most of the boilers are sun boilers and most of the year we dont even have to worry about hot water, but since it is winterand there's less sun we do have to push a button to make the water hot. Just like a boiler. I guess it is not unusual for me since it's the only way i know, as are the shower head and faucet. Also, we were happy to come over and help you find the boiler switch but it is not a day to day matter that we have to do this, actualy it is the first time a guest of ours seemed to not find it. But even once is enough and we put a sign so it wont happen again.
The bathroom door is something i hear about for the first time and i will surely check it out ASAP. I have never had problems with the door myself. Even for that, i would have loved to help you out with that while you were still in my apartment. You've seen already that we care a lot about your experience and we would have fixed or solved any problem you had.
I'm glad to know that at least you enjoyed our lovely rooftop.
I have enjoyed my comunication with you. Thank you for being my guest and for giving me your advice in order to help me improve my apartment and myself as a host :)
