First, I told you right after your check out that the sheets was stained, I was following Airbnb policy and I didn’t say you did it and I was asking your help to find out together.
Second, i did spent a lot of time back and forth to communicate with all three of you who were the only three person stayed in my house. So you said I didn’t do investigation which was not the real fact at all!
Third , according to Airbnb rule , even for sth not being cleared yet, I had to do claim against the most related guest right after guest checkout and before next guest check in , then Airbnb can start their process to help further. That was why I made you aware very clearly before I claimed against you even that I didn’t at that time accuse you did it, and even now I am positive still that you are not the one who dyed my sheets.
Also I want let you know that I have been refusing guest due to this to book my place again. I want guests feel that dying my sheets is not something that can make them proud of ! On the opposite side, if a man is looking for passion to devote its time to or doing business positively to make this world better, I don’t believe a man has time to dye my sheets on purpose and later without even a word to me!!!
I was and I am still very proud of my guests - they are all very respectful, even after this incident!!!
Again, the final decision for this case I was relying on Airbnb with my word still that I don’t believe it was you, because I was and I am trusting Airbnb’s policy and decision!
